The company also brokered leases for the following clients: From the Woods took 2,445 sq.ft. in Marketplace at Bergen Park in Evergreen, CO. Tailored Angel leased 1,867 sq.ft. at Standley Lake Marketplace and Lifetime Nails took 844 sq.ft. at Market Square 80th & Wadsworth in Arvada, CO.

Sigma National (804-320-6100) brokered leases for the following clients: Jersey Mike’s Subs took 1,506 sq.ft. at Seminole Commons in Charlottesville, VA and 1,857 sq.ft. at T.J. Maxx on Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Barnes & Noble leased 30,000 sq.ft. at Downtown Short Pump Shopping Center in Richmond, VA and 23,000 sq.ft. at Wards Crossing Shopping Center in Lynchburg, VA.
