The center is managed by Divaris and anchored by Publix Supermarket.
Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) represented the lessee in the signing of approximately 7,400 sq.ft. to China King, LLC dba China King Restaurant in the Promenade Mall at Winchester Road and Ynez Road in Temecula, CA. The lease is for 20 years and a consideration of $5,462,469.
The Grossman Companies, Inc. (617-472-2000) agent Aidan Murray negotiated the lease for Lillys Closet in the 17,000 sq.ft. Pride Building in Hingham Square, Hingham, MA.
Swain & Associates (910-256-2211) announced two new tenants in Phase II of The Forum, an 88,000 sq.ft. center located at 1125 Military Cutoff Road in Wilmington, NC. Childs Room and Just Looking will open at The Forum this month. Cotenants include Milanos Restaurant, NOFO Cafe, NOFO Collection, The Tides Coastal Bistro, Uniquities, Blue Hand Home, Charlottes, Ikebana Design and Accessories, Natural Body, OTM Fashions, Personal Touch, Paper Moon, Alltel, Villa, Firebird, Cafe de France, Spectrum Gallery and Blueberry Hill Dessertery.
The Cafaro Company (330-747-2661) leased 1,037 sq.ft. to Journeys at the Huntington Mall in Barousville, WV The company also negotiated a 4,066 sq.ft. lease for Pacific Sunwear at the Meadowbrook Mall in Bridgeport, WV.
Mid-America Asset Management Co. (630-954-7300) brokered a lease for a 30,000 sq.ft. Marshalls at Gateway Plaza located at the southeast corner of Howard and Clark in Chicago, IL. Mid-America is the exclusive representative of the shopping center, and representative Amy Bryant handled the transaction. Gary Greenfield of Metro Commercial Real Estate was co-broker in the transaction. The company also represented the landlord of Village Crossing in Niles, IL for the leasing of an 8,000 sq.ft. Dollar Day. Diane White of I.K.E. Development, Inc. was co-broker in the transaction. Mid-America also brokered the signing of a 7,238 sq.ft. Red Robin at Town Square Wheaton in Wheaton, IL. Tyler Quast of Zifkin Realty & Development was co-broker in the transaction. The company also completed the following leases: Dots leased 4,313 sq.ft. at Howard & Western in Chicago, IL; Ultimate Exposure leased 2,400 sq.ft. at Market Meadows in Naperville, IL; Secret Nail & Tan leased 1,338 sq.ft. at Nelson Plaza in new Lenox, IL; Verizon Wireless took over 975 sq.ft. at Hickory Palos Square in Hickory Hills, IL.
R.E.D. Capital Development (816-531-8100) announced 13 new tenants at the ground breaking for SummitWoods Crossing, a 98-acre site located at the intersection of Interstate 470 and US Highway 50 in Lees Summit, MO. The newly signed tenants include Best Buy, Dicks Sporting Goods, Old Navy, PETCO, Bob Evans Farms, LongHorn Steak House, T.G.I. Fridays, Borders, Famous Footwear, Office Depot, SuperTarget, Chilis Grill & Bar and On The Border. A 70,000 sq.ft. project, the center is slated for a first quarter 2002 opening.
Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) secured a 23,243 sq.ft. lease at Silverdale Plaza for Staples in Silverdale, WA. The company also negotiated a 10,000 sq.ft. lease for Tuesday Morning at Broadway Village in Garland, TX.
Sansone Group (314-727-6664) represented Ronnies Plaza, Inc. in the leasing of a 2,747 sq.ft. Shoe Stop in Melville, MO.
Spaulding & Slye Colliers (617-531-4122) leased approximately 16,000 sq.ft. throughout New England. The leases include: 4,600 sq.ft. to Hallmark at the Horn Pond Plaza in Woburn, MA; 3,100 sq.ft. to Cardsmart at the Turnpike Mall in Augusta, ME; 3,100 sq.ft. to Maine Made at the Turnpike Mall; 2,500 sq.ft. to Cooks Pantry also at the Turnpike Mall; 1,700 sq.ft. to GNC at Simsbury Commons in Simsbury, CT; and 1,000 sq.ft. to Zoots at Porter Square Plaza in Cambridge, MA.

The company negotiated a new three-year lease with Modern Guitar Inc. at the Plaza 50 Shopping Center Association in Carson City, NV for 1,100 sq.ft. The company also negotiated a new five-year lease with Alabama Fast Tax, Inv. dba Jackson Hewitt Tax Service at the Magnolia Place Shopping Center Association in Daphne, AL for 1,200 sq.ft. |
