The Cafaro Company (330-747-2661) leased Hot Topic 1,800 sq.ft. at Sandusky Mall in Sandusky, OH. Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. (631-587-5050) brokered the lease of 10,400 sq.ft. to Chinese Buffet City on Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon, NY. The lease is valued at $2.4 million. The company also brokered the lease of 3,000 sq.ft. to Spot at Amityville Commons in Amityville, NY. The center is located on Route 110 and the lease is valued at $700,000. Glimcher Group (412-765-3333) leased 7,500 sq.ft. to Auto Zone at Seeger Square in St. Paul, MN. The automotive parts store is scheduled to open this fall and will join Blockbuster, Radio Shack, H & R Block, a post office and a local medical center. Katz & Associates (845-735-6666) brokered the leases of three Linens-N-Things locations in Westchester County, NY. The store leased the 53,000 sq.ft. former HomePlace space at Cortlandt Town Center in Cortlandt Manor, NY; the 39,570 sq.ft. former Pergament Home Center at Portchester Town Center in Portchester, NY and a 44,000 sq.ft. freestanding site in Westchseter, NY just off Interstate 95. Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) brokered the lease of 3,000 sq.ft. to Dotty’s at the Plaza 50 Shopping Center in Carson City, NV. The company also brokered the lease of 1,200 sq.ft. to Round Rock Family Dental at Skyridge Plaza in Round Rock, TX. The company brokered the lease of 2,400 sq.ft. to Top Fashions at Dellcrest Plaza Shopping Center in San Antonio, TX. Taubman Centers Inc. (248-258-6800) signed leases with the following tenants for the 1.26 million sq.ft. International Plaza in Tampa, FL: Hugo Boss, Tiffany & Company, Christian Dior, BCBG/MaxMara, Nicole Miller, Charles Jourdan Paris, Jessica McLintock, Louis Vuitton, Swarovski, Caswell-Massey, Surrey’s, MaxStudio.com, Sisley, Wilson’s Leather, Vitamin World, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and Limited Too. Toojay’s Gourmet Deli and Ville du Pain will open in the center’s outdoor restaurant district called Bay Street. Forest City Enterprises (216-621-6060) is close to signing a lease for an anchor spot at The Mall at Stonecrest in south DeKalb County, GA to MegaStar Cinemas. The company plans a 16-screen theater that will utilize box seating along with regular stadium seating. |
