Real Estate Professionals Making the News The Woodmont Company (817-732-4000) hired Peyton Millinor as an investment associate. Millinor will be responsible for the development and evaluation of disposition strategies for company assets. Millinor has served previously as an asset/disposition manager at the Archon Group. The company also hired Eddie Myers as an associate. Myers will be responsible for assisting with retail leasing and brokerage. Myers has successfully leased space in centers in LA, NM and TX while serving as a senior leasing representative at Zamias Services. Myers has also served at The Bradford Company and the Weitzman Group. MadisonMarquette (952-852-5200) hired Stephen H. Wehr as senior vice president, leasing. Wehr will direct the leasing of the company’s portfolio in northern CA and the Pacific northwest. Prior to joining the company Wehr served as partner and vice president at Terranomics Retail Services. The company also hired Stephanie Jackson as director, specialty leasing for its western region. Jackson will be responsible for temporary tenant leasing programs and development and specialty leasing for the Irvine Portfolio in Newport Beach, CA. She returns to MadisonMarquette where she previously served as a specialty retail manager at Irvine Spectrum Center.HSS Partners, LLC (847-677-9100) has been formed by Chicago, IL-area real estate executives Herbert S. Saywitz, Michael J. Horne and Richard M. Allen. The company is a commercial real estate firm specializing in the development, leasing and management and sale of retail and other properties. Allen will serve as executive vice president of the company and served formally as vice president of asset management for Newcastle Properties and director of operations at Tri-Land Properties. The company will be the exclusive leasing and management agents for The Pointe at Clark Street and Orchard Place in the Chicagoland area. |
