Glimcher Properties (209-477-0247) signed a lease with Big Dogs at Weberstown Mall in Stockton, CA. The apparel retailer is scheduled to open in October.

Legend Properties (856-231-1010) brokered the lease of 8,750 sq.ft. to Cherry Hill Grand Buffet at the Plaza at Cherry Hill Shopping Center in Cherry Hill, NJ. The lease has a 10-year term and a consideration of over $1 million. The deal was cobrokered by Metro Commercial. The company also brokered the lease of 41,900 sq.ft. to LA Fitness International at the Marketplace at Huntington Valley in Huntington Valley, PA. The space is a former Regal Cinema and the 15-year term lease has a consideration of over $10 million. The fitness club is scheduled to open during the first quarter of 2002 and was cobrokered by Ripco Real Estate/ChainLinks.

Swain & Associates (910-256-2211) leased 4,600 sq.ft. to Port City Java, Inc. at The Forum in Wilmington, NC. The company will open a Wildflour Bread Company unit, featuring freshly baked bread, a panini grill and coffee bar.

Grubb & Ellis (858-546-6800) brokered the lease of 1,300 sq.ft. to Papa Murphy’s San Diego Jedi’s, LP doing business as Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza at Fallbrook Merchantile Retail Center in Fallbrook, CA.

DLC Management (914-631-3131) brokered the lease of 80,000 sq.ft. to Burlington Coat Factory at Orange Promenade Shopping Center in Orange, NJ. The site is a former Sears location and 33,000 sq.ft. are still available. The company also leased 20,000 sq.ft. to Treasure Island in the former Grand Union store at the Imperial Plaza Shopping Center in Wappingers Falls, NY. There is 33,250 sq.ft. of space remaining in the store.
