Ripco Real Estate is marketing the 114,979 sq.ft. Shops at Bruckner Boulevard in the Bronx, NY. The site is located near the Bruckner Expressway at the intersection of White Plains Road and Bruckner Boulevard. The center will be anchored by Old Navy, Conway, Blockbuster and Seaman’s Furniture. Area demographics include a population of 609,420 residing in a three-mile radius earning an average annual household income of $39,156. Area retailers include Kmart, Toys ‘R’ Us, Paramount Home and Modell’s Sporting Goods. The company is also marketing the 438,000 sq.ft. Queens Place in Elmhurst, Queens, NY. The site is located at the intersection of Queens Boulevard, Woodhaven Boulevard and the Long Island Expressway. The project will be anchored by Target, Best Buy, Macy’s Furniture and DSW Shoe Warehouse. Area retail includes Queens Center Mall and the Sears Center. The five-story project is scheduled to open late this summer. Both sites are being developed by Forest City Ratner Companies.

JDN Realty Corporation is developing the 133,384 sq.ft. Steele Crossing in Fayetteville, AR. The site is located near the intersection of the Fulbright Expressway and US Highway 71 Business. The center will be anchored by Kohl’s and Target and area retailers include NWA Mall, Wal*Mart Supercenter and Home Depot. Area demographics include a population of 74,936 residing in a five-mile radius. JDN Realty Corporation is developing Hamilton Marketplace in Hamilton Township, NJ. The 270-acre site is located along Route 130 and has commitments from Wal*Mart, Lowe’s, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Kohl’s and Genuardi’s Family Markets. The site is a former peach orchard.
