The company prefers a minimum average daily traffic count of 18,000 cars.

NYC Realty (201-227-9792) has been named exclusive broker for Healthy Pleasures, a two-unit chain of health food stores operating in Manhattan, NY. The company is looking for sites between 5,000 sq.ft. and 10,000 sq.ft. throughout Manhattan. Larry Morman will handle site submittals for the company.

The former McKay Drugs location has 6,000 sq.ft. on the ground level and 3,000 sq.ft. in the basement. The space is divisible and features 60 feet of frontage. Katz & Associates (212-598-9020) is the exclusive leasing representative for three foreign-based retailers for future expansion in the U.S. Damiani, a jewelry store with locations in Madrid, Berlina and Tokyo, is looking for a 1,000 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. flagship store in New York City. Fin.Part trades as Frette and Cerruti at seven U.S. locations. The linen and clothing retailers are seeking sites in upscale markets. Italian shoe company Geox will open its first U.S. store in PA. The company seeks 1,000 sq.ft. to 1,500 sq.ft. "trophy" locations. The company will also handle the New York area real estate transactions for Portico. The furniture retailer operates 10 locations in NY, MA and IL and occupies spaces of 4,000 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft.

Trammell Crow (301-530-6200) is the exclusive broker for excess McDonald’s and Roy Rogers restaurants in DC, MD and VA. There are both acquisition and sublease opportunities available. The client has a new commission policy that pays the greater of $7,500 or 3% of the transaction price. There are currently 14 properties under consideration.
