The center is located on East Virginia Beach Boulevard and is anchored by TJ Maxx, Circuit City, Office Max, PetsMart, Marshalls and The Sports Authority. Barefeet Enterprises is a family shoe store with eight locations nationwide. The company brokered the lease of 3,200 sq.ft. to Popeyes restaurant at South Dade Shopping Center in Miami, FL. The center is anchored by Publix and AMC Theaters. The company brokered the lease of 22,000 sq.ft. to Rugged Wearhouse, Inc. at Coliseum Corner in Hampton, VA. The store marks the retailers entrance into the Hampton, VA market. Swain & Associates (910-256-2211) signed leases with the following tenants at the 18,270 sq.ft. Shops at Monks Corner in Wilmington, NC: Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar leased 5,577 sq.ft., New Balance of Wilmington took 3,500 sq.ft., Sprint PCS leased 2,077 sq.ft., Singer leased 1,250 sq.ft., Great Clips took 1,200 sq.ft. and Oreck took 1,180 sq.ft. Developers Diversified Realty Corporation (216-755-5500) leased space to Crown Theaters LP for a 15-screen theater at Queensway Bay project in Long Beach, CA. The 450,000 sq.ft. entertainment center is located between the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center and the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific. The theater opening is scheduled for July 2002. The company also leased 8,000 sq.ft. to Shoe Carnival at the 323,126 sq.ft. CB Richard Ellis (847-572-1400) brokered the following leases in IL: Chefs Catalog leased 3,432 sq.ft. at Crossroads Shopping Center in Highland Park; Starbucks took 2,000 sq.ft. at City Park at Lincolnshire in Lincolnshire; Jenny Craig leased 1,600 sq.ft. at Matteson Plaza in Matteson, 1,600 sq.ft. at West River Crossing in Joliet and 1,471 sq.ft. on North LaSalle Street in Chicago. The companys OK office brokered the lease of 2,500 sq.ft. to the EZ Corporation trading as EZ Pawn Shop on East Admiral Place in Tulsa, OK. The company also brokered the lease of 29,191 sq.ft. to Loftis Furniture on South Garnett Street in Tulsa, OK. The 250,000 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of 59th Avenue and Loop 101 Highway and is anchored by Home Depot and Staples. The lease was brokered by DeRito Partners (602-834-8500), leasing agents for the center. Neilsen and Company (208-736-1857) signed a lease with Fired Up, Inc. for a restaurant on a 1.02-acre parcel at the Canyon Park development in Twin Falls, ID. The site is located at the intersection of Blue Lakes North and Fillmore Streets and the restaurant is scheduled to open in November. Wolford Development (423-874-0811) signed leases with Marshalls, Office Depot and Goodys Family Clothing to anchor the 376,000 sq.ft. Oak Park Town Center in Hixson, TN. The Marshalls store marks the companys entrance into the market and will occupy 30,000 sq.ft. Goodys will also occupy 30,000 and Office Depot leased 22,500 sq.ft. NewMarket Commercial Real Estate (702-221-2500) brokered the following leases in the Las Vegas, NV market. Whole Foods Market leased 40,000 sq.ft. at Rampart Commons Shopping Center located at the intersection of Fort Apache and Charleston Streets. The lease has a 20-year term. The Avenue took 4,500 sq.ft. at the Silverado Ranch Center, anchored by Target. The lease was valued at just under $1 million. Panda Express leased a 2,200 sq.ft. space at the intersection of Maryland Parkway and Katie Street and 2,000 sq.ft. at the intersection of College and Horizon Streets in Henderson, NV. McCaffery Interests, Inc. (703-351-9500) signed leases with The Pottery Barn for 16,000 sq.ft. and Williams-Sonoma Grande Cuisine for 7,800 sq.ft. at The Market Common, Clarendon in Arlington, VA. The company has also signed leases with Myer-Emco, Eastern Mountain Sports, Washington Sports Club, Georgetown Valet and NOLAS for Hair at the project.
