Flock & Avoyer (619-280-2600) brokered the lease of 825 sq.ft. to Passport to Leisure Travel at Hillcrest Collonade Shopping Center in San Diego, CA. The lease has a five-year term and a consideration of $129,338. The company also brokered the lease of 2,200 sq.ft. to Airtouch Cellular at the center. The lease has a three-year term and a consideration of $156,420. The company brokered the lease of 2,262 sq.ft. to El Dorado Cleaners at Sweetwater Square in National City, CA. The lease commences this month, has a five-year term and a consideration of $175,880. Flocke & Avoyer also brokered the lease of 3,254 sq.ft. to Emerald City Surf N’ Sports at Bonita Point Plaza in Chula Vista, CA. The lease commences this month, has a 10-year term and a consideration of $783,374. The company also brokered the lease of 1,210 sq.ft. to La Costa Dental at the Plaza Paseo Real Shopping Center in Carlsbad, CA. The five-year lease has a consideration of $163,350.

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) brokered the lease of 4,600 sq.ft. to JLB Johns, LLC trading as The Little Gym of South County at South Lakeview Plaza in St. Louis, MO. The company also brokered the lease of 1,879 sq.ft. to American Nationwide Mortgage, Inc. at Mid Rivers Center in St. Peter, MO. The company brokered the lease of 1,168 sq.ft. to Edward Jones at Dierbergs Fenton Crossing in Fenton, MO.

Stiles Corporation (954-627-9300) leased 3,000 sq.ft. to Casbah Spa at Sunrise Harbor in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The mixed-use project is located across from Galleria Mall overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway.

Sundance Associates (203-259-6062) brokered the lease of 9,000 sq.ft. to Gap Outlet and 6,000 sq.ft. to Pfaltzgraff at Casino Factory Shoppes in Tunica, MS. Etienne Aigner recently opened in the project, which is located 25 minutes from Memphis, TN.

Ripco Real Estate/ChainLinks (610-834-8000) brokered the lease of 3,900 sq.ft. to The Children’s Place at Doylestown Shopping Center in Doylestown, PA. The 262,000 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of Routes 611 and 270 and is anchored by BonTon, Staples and Acme. The lease is valued at $1.4 million. The company also brokered the lease of 7,250 sq.ft. to Dollar General in Jackson, NJ. The 60,000 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of Route 526 and Aldrich Road.

Charter Realty & Development Corporation (203-629-3939) brokered the lease of 80,000 sq.ft. to Burlington Coat Factory at Diamond Hill Plaza in Woonsocket, RI. The new location will replace an existing 60,000 sq.ft. Burlington store in the center.

Breslin Realty (516-741-7400) has brokered three leases for Home Depot in NY, at Aviation Center in Farmingdale, at the Gateway Shopping Center in Patchogue and at the intersection of Route 112 and Jericho Turnpike in Hempstead. The company cobrokered the lease of a 150,000 sq.ft. Lowe’s Home Improvement Center in Medford, NY. The site is located at the intersection of the Long Island Expressway and Route 112 and the store is scheduled to open later this year. The company cobrokered with Schuckman Realty. The company also brokered the lease of 24,000 sq.ft. to the Wiz at Woodbury Plaza in Plainview, NY. The store is the first expansion for the chain since the Wiz was purchased by Cablevision.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) brokered the lease of 23,717 sq.ft. to Old Navy at Severna Park Marketplace in Severna Park, MD. The center is anchored by Kohl’s, Giant and Office Depot. Old Navy is scheduled to open this fall. The company brokered the lease of 5,350 sq.ft. to Kyoto Japanese Steak House at Crossways Shopping Center in Chesapeake, VA. The company brokered the lease of 2,693 sq.ft. to Please and Thank You, Inc. on South Rosemont Road in Virginia Beach, VA. The company also brokered the lease of 2,980 sq.ft. to Pizza Hut at the Holly Point Shopping Center in Chesapeake, VA.

Grubb & Ellis (714-939-6000) brokered the lease of 8,500 sq.ft. to Darden Restaurants for an Olive Garden Restaurant at the Promenade at Town Center in Valencia, CA. The lease has a 10-year term and is valued at $1.3 million. The 184,000 sq.ft. Promenade at Town Center is anchored by Vons Pavilions.

NewMark Merrill Companies (818-996-0700) leased 49,000 sq.ft. to FAMSA in Los Angeles, CA. The furniture and electronics retailer that serves Latino markets opened at the intersection of Washington and Broadway, its first store of 14 planned units in southern CA. The chain has a store in San Fernando, CA and has a location under construction in Santa Ana, CA. The company also signed a 5,000 sq.ft. ground lease with IHOP at Anaheim Town Square in Anaheim, CA. The 25-year lease is for the site of the former Jolly Rodgers restaurant and a new building will be constructed. The center is located at the intersection of State College and Lincoln Drives.

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) brokered the following leases in FL: Sassy Bridal & Formal Wear leased 2,007 sq.ft. at University Shoppes in Lauderhill; PCS Time took 1,157 sq.ft. at Royal Eagle Plaza in Coral Springs and Headlines Hair leased 1,133 sq.ft. at the Shoppes of Cooper City in Cooper City.

CB Richard Ellis (818-502-6739) brokered two leases for Amadeus Spa in southern CA. The company signed a 10-year lease for 6,213 sq.ft. at Paseo Colorado in Pasadena, CA. The center is located at the intersection of Los Robles and Colorado Boulevard. The lease is valued at $2 million and the unit is scheduled to open in September 2001. The company also signed a 15-year lease at The Grove at Farmer’s Market in Los Angeles, CA. The lease is also valued at $2 million and the location is scheduled to open in March 2002. The company’s OK office (918-665-3830) brokered the lease of 2,777 sq.ft. to H&R Block at Oak Park Shopping Center in Sand Springs, OK. The OK offices also brokered the lease of 22,600 sq.ft. to Tuesday Morning, Inc. at Summit Square Shopping Center in Tulsa, OK. The store is the company’s third in the Tulsa market.

Wohl Investment Company (949-955-0115) leased 35,000 sq.ft. to Stein Mart at La Verne West Center in La Verne, CA. The center is located at the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Wheeler Road. The company also leased 6,000 sq.ft. to Hobbie People at Katella Plaza in Orange, CA. The center is anchored by Pep Boys, McDonald’s, Marie Calendar’s and Chevron and is located at the intersection of Katella and Glassell Roads. The company leased 6,912 sq.ft. to Auto Zone at Katella Center in Orange, CA. The center is across from Katella Plaza.

R.J. Brunelli & Company (732-721-5800) brokered the lease of 24,000 sq.ft. to Borders Books and Music at Interstate Plaza in Ramsey, NJ. Borders and Bed Bath & Beyond will be located on the site of a former movie theater and bowling alley. The 309,000 sq.ft. center is anchored by a ShopRite Supermarket.

Staubach Companies (972-361-5063) brokered the lease of 26,400 sq.ft. to Staples at Evergreen Village Shopping Center in Bellevue, WA.

Swain & Associates (910-256-2211) leased 7,200 sq.ft. to The Body Forum at Phase II of The Forum in Wilmington, NC. The health spa for women will join The Mole Hole, Tara Grinna, Your Childs Room, Just Looking, Villa, Interiors, Firebird, Cafe de France, Spectrum Gallery, Kids & Co., Provence Ltd., Scarpa, Couture and Blueberry Hill Dessertery.

CBL & Associates (423-855-0001) signed three anchor leases. Belk Department Stores leased the 73,000 sq.ft. former Wal*Mart location at College Square Mall in Morristown, TN. Foley’s took the 164,271 sq.ft. former Montgomery Ward’s space at Parkdale Mall in Beaumont, TX. Dillard’s leased the 62,000 sq.ft. former Roses store at Randolph Mall in Asheboro, NC.

Mid-America Real Estate Group/ChainLinks (630-954-7300) brokered the lease of 1,371 sq.ft. to Gentlemen’s Quarters at The Streets of Woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. The store, the formal wear retailer’s second, will open this fall. The company brokered the lease of 3,200 sq.ft. to Bill Cho’s National Tae Kwon Do Academy at Red Top Plaza in Libertyville, IL. A Sign Solution, Inc. took 1,200 sq.ft. at the center, located at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Red Top Drive. The company brokered two leases in LaGrange, IL; Sweet Peppers leased 2,050 sq.ft. on South La Grange and Caribou Coffee took 1,600 sq.ft. at La Grange Crossing located at the intersection of La Grange Road and Ogden Avenue. Mid-America brokered the 25,000 sq.ft. expansion for the current 69,667 sq.ft. Kohl’s Department Store at Ridge Plaza in Arlington Heights, IL. The company brokered the lease of 16,771 sq.ft. to Chuck E. Cheese at Villa Oaks in Villa Park, IL and the lease of 5,482 sq.ft. to Mexican restaurant Bucho’s at Woodfield Plaza in Schaumburg, IL.

D’Anastasio Corporation (856-488-1240) leased 12,150 sq.ft. to CVS Pharmacy at Maple Commons in Pennsauken, NJ. The company also lease 2,500 sq.ft. to Equity National Bank at the 14.5-acre mixed-use development located on Maple Avenue.

Levin Management (908-755-2401) brokered the lease of 21,612 sq.ft. to Just Living Rooms at Brunswick Shopping Center in North Brunswick, NJ. The recently-renovated 329,673 sq.ft. center is anchored by Ames Department Store, A&P, RiteAid, Blockbuster, Fashion Bug, Payless ShoeSource and McDonald’s. The company also brokered the lease of 21,000 sq.ft. to Bush Industries trading as Outlet Furnishings at Liberty Center in Erie, PA. The 228,000 sq.ft. center is located on Liberty Street between West 34th and West 38th Streets and is anchored by Peebles Department Store and Quality Markets.

Cushman & Wakefield (203-348-8550) brokered the following leases at Vernon Hills Shopping Center in Scarsdale, NY: Border’s Books and Music leased 23,000 sq.ft., Laytner’s Linen & Home took 11,500 sq.ft., The Children’s Place leased 4,000 sq.ft. and The Papery took 2,000 sq.ft. The center’s other tenants include Lord & Taylor, the Gap, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Ann Taylor and Smith & Hawken.

The Goldstein Group/ChainLinks (201-703-9700) brokered a lease for Atlanta Bread Company at Styretown Shopping Center in Clifton, NJ. The company is representing the restaurant chain and is seeking spaces of 3,000 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft. in endcaps, in line and pad buildings.

Capital Realty Advisors (561-624-5888) brokered the five-year lease of 7,500 sq.ft. to Windows America of Oklahoma City at Plaza III in Oklahoma City, OK. The company also arranged the three-year lease of 2,500 sq.ft. to Xtreme Sound & Vision at Spring Park Plaza in Denham Springs, LA. The company brokered the lease of 1,200 sq.ft. to Jenny’s Bakehouse & Deli at The Village Shopping Center in Austin, TX. The lease has a five-year term in the center located on West Anderson Lane.

Boyd Page/ChainLinks (713-877-8400) brokered the lease of 21,061 sq.ft. to Factory 2-U at Westhill Shopping Center in Houston, TX.
