Crown American Realty Trust (814-536-4441) formed Crown American Ventures, Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary to administer third party management and leasing contracts. The group will be the exclusive leasing agents for the 373,000 sq.ft. Twin Rivers Mall in New Bern, NC and Country Club Plaza in Jacksonville, NC.

 

Gap, Inc. (650-952-4400) appointed John Lillie vice chairman of the board. The chief supply chain, administrative and financial officers will report to Lillie, who reports to CEO Millard Drexler.

 

The Dress Barn, Inc. (845-369-4500) hired Kathy Bufano as president and chief merchandising officer. Bufano joins the company after serving as executive vice president of women’s apparel for Macy’s Department Stores.

 

Murray Hill Properties/TCN (212-944-4747) hired Brett J. Goldman as chief financial officer. Goldman comes to the firm after serving as comptroller of U.S. Realty & Investment Company.

 

River Park Square (509-838-7970) in Spokane, WA hired Dick Schneider as national leasing director. Schneider has experience with over 25 urban centers across the United States. The 534,000 sq.ft. center has just completed phase two renovations and is anchored by Nordstrom, The Bon and Ann Taylor’s.

 

Pace Properties (314-968-9898) hired Steven F. Heitz as vice president of development.

 

CBL & Associates (423-855-0001) hired eight professionals in leasing, development and financial services. Bill Brindle, Rodney Gordon, Lantz Powell, Larry Saunders and Dan Thompson join the firm as senior leasing managers. The group brings experience from firms around the nation including The Cafaro Company, Goldman Brothers, Inc., Macerich Company, The Taubman Company, Aronov Realty Management, The Mills Corporation and The Simon Property Group. Donna Lundien joins the company as plan manger for regional centers. Lundien has previously served at Tauqueta Development and Raines Brothers.

 

River Bend, LP (541-382-6691) hired Curtis E. Phelps as general manager of Old Mill District in Bend, OR. Phelps is ICSC certified in shopping center management and has previous experience at Cascade Mall in Burlington, WA.

 

Fraga Properties, Inc. (305-446-4567) hired Rosie Lee as regional property manger and leasing agent in charge of Sabal Palm Plaza in Fort Pierce, FL.
