Edens & Avant (800-662-7212) brought on Steven C. Boyle, vice president of retail development. Boyle will be responsible for retail development initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has 13 years experience in retail real estate working with grocery-anchored centers in northern VA, Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD.

ONCOR International (202-452-1852) has added Irwin & Saviers as an affiliate company in Little Rock, AR. Irwin & Saviers has represented retailers such as Wal*Mart, Circuit City, NationsBank, Exxon Mobil Corporation and GeoTrans Wireless.

Chico’s FAS, Inc. (941-277-6200) hired Barry Shapiro as vice president, outlet strategies. Shapiro will have executive responsibility for company’s current and future outlet stores. He joins the company from a similar position at Off 5th- Saks Fifth Avenue Outlets. Shapiro also has experience with Ann Taylor, creating the Ann Taylor Loft concept.

Cole Vision (330-486-3000) hired Ed Prunier as vice president of real estate and construction. Prunier comes to the company from Allied Domecq’s Quick Service Restaurant Division in Randolph, MA where he served as director of corporate real estate.
