DJM Asset Management (631-752-1100) has been retained by Lechter’s to dispose of more than 150 surplus locations nationwide, including all of the company’s Cost Less stores in NJ, DE and PA. The units range in size from 18,000 sq.ft. to 25,000 sq.ft. and are available for sublease or assignment. The company has also been retained to handle the distribution of 38 leases held by HomePlace in 17 states. The leases are for spaces in strip and regional centers and freestanding locations ranging in size from 21,150 sq.ft. to 133,500 sq.ft. All inquiries are being handled by James Avallone (ext. 224).
