Real Estate Professionals Making The NewsCB Richard Ellis (310-563-8600) promoted Richard Rizika to senior vice president. Rizika started with the company in 1986 and has represented such national retailers as Ralphs Grocery Company, Office Depot, Smart & Final, Kragen Auto and Equilon.
JDN Realty Company (404-262-3252) promoted Suzanne Yaeger to director of development outparcel sales and leasing. Yaeger will be responsible for the selling, leasing and marketing of all outparcel space in JDN’s portfolio. She has been with the company since 1997.
Trammel Crow Company (858-526-2600) hired Jeffrey Morris as vice president of retail development. Morris will focus on identifying properties suitable for development, constructing build-to-suits and acquiring centers in southern CA. Morris joins the company from his role as vice president of leasing and development for Landgrant Development.
Spaulding & Slye- Colliers International (617-531-4122) hired Timothy B. Fraser as senior vice president for its capital market group in the greater Boston area. Fraser joins the firm from Wellsford Commercial Property Trust.
CB Richard Ellis (310-563-8600) promoted Bill Lloyd to Managing Director, Retail Services where he will be responsible for the integration and expansion of retailer representation assignments across North America. Lloyd has been with the company since 1995, most recently in Calgary, AB, Canada and has worked with such clients as Gateway Country and Nevada Bob’s. Kevin Dibona and Mike Burkard have joined the firm as retail investment advisors. DiBona will focus on VA and the Mid-Atlantic region and Burkard will concentrate on NC and SC. Tim Perry has joined the company as a debt specialist. |
