Lease Signings

Levin Management Corporation (908-755-2401) brokered the following leases at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, NY: 6,500 sq.ft. to Good Taste Buffet; 3,380 sq.ft. to Ciao Baby; 3,000 sq.ft. to Rockaway Bedding; 2,500 sq.ft. to Consumer Corner Giftware; 2,000 sq.ft. to Mane, Inc.; 1,280 sq.ft. to Island Wireless and 1,200 sq.ft. to Supercuts. The company also brokered the lease of 8,000 sq.ft. to Family Dollar at Playtogs Center in Middletown, NY. Action Toward Independence also leased 3,215 sq.ft. in the center.

Goldman Retail Associates (310-235-0444) brokered two leases to Factory 2-U in CA. The company leased 17,000 sq.ft. in Harbor City and 16,800 sq.ft. in Inglewood, CA.

Wynnewood Development (610-664-1400) leased 2,250 sq.ft. space to Chicos at the Shoppes at Brinton Lake in Concordville, PA. Chicos operates 200 stores in 38 states. The company also leased 6,106 sq.ft. to Ann Taylor Loft at The Shoppes at Brinton Lake in Concordville, PA.

The Cafaro Company (330-747-2661) brokered the lease of 964 sq.ft. to Charley’s Steakery Fresh Grilled Subs at Eastwood Mall in Niles, OH.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) brokered the lease of 2,069 sq.ft. to Sprint PCS at Crossways Shopping Center in Chesapeake, VA. The company also leased two land parcels to Applebee’s. The first is a 1.4 acre plot at Hanover Square Shopping Center in Mechanicsville, VA. The center is anchored by Kohl’s and Ukrop’s and will be Applebee’s 11th Richmond-area location. The second is a 1.5 acre plot at Fox Mill Centre in Gloucester, VA. The center is anchored by Wal*Mart and a proposed Home Depot and will be the company’s 13th unit in the Hampton Roads market. The company also brokered two leases for MARS Music. MARS will open an 18,370 sq.ft. store at Spring Meadows Place in Toledo, OH and a 5,500 sq.ft. store in Royal Eagle Plaza in Coral Springs, FL.
