Kennedy-Wilson International (310-887-6400) hired Frederick J. McIntosh as managing director for the fund management group. Prior to joining the company McIntosh was vice president and portfolio manager with the RREEF Funds. He also has experience at the Pacific Telesis Group.

Best Buy Company (952-947-2000) promoted Melissa Boughton to vice president, leasing for Musicland. Boughton has been with Musicland for seven years, most recently as managing director of real estate and will report to Tami Kozikowski, senior vice president, real estate and property development.
