Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) signed a lease with Priyah Limited, Inc. for 4,500 sq.ft. in the Divaris leased and managed Tampa Festival Center in Tampa, FL. Priyah joins Winn Dixie, Family Dollar, Citi Trends, Rent-A-Center and Radio Shack. The company also signed four leases totaling 13,309 sq.ft. at the Divaris-leased Robious Hall Shopping Center in Richmond, VA: Eckerd Drug Store leased 8,450 sq.ft.; Little Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant took 2,679 sq.ft.; Robious Hair leased 1,130 sq.ft. and Royal Nails took 1,050 sq.ft. The company brokered the lease of 9,000 sq.ft. to Thomasville Furniture at the Columbus Village East Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Thomasville joins Zany Brainy, Hallmark, Starbucks, Zoots The Cleaner Cleaner, Silver Diner and Great Clips.
CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma (918-663-6402) represented the lessor in negotiating the following leases: 9,700 sq.ft. to Cafe USA doing business as American Skillet at Village Square in Sapulpa, OK; 4,548 sq.ft. to Fit N’ Go at County Line Shopping Center in Broken Arrow, OK and 2,250 sq.ft. to Prince Telecom Holdings, Inc. at Shannon Square, in Tulsa OK. The lessor in this transaction was SK Properties, LP. The company also negotiated a lease renewal for a 7,500 sq.ft. Dollar Rent A Car Systems, Inc. in Tulsa, OK.

Henry S. Miller Commercial (214-559-2740) brokered the lease of 6,938 sq.ft. to All About Quilts at Ruisseau Village Shopping Center in Plano, TX.
The May Department Stores (314-342-6300) subleased 28,381 sq.ft. from Service Merchandise Company, Inc. at a 59,250 sq.ft. store in San Antonio, TX. May Department Stores will pay $164,278 annually for the first five years of the ten year-term. The lease also includes three five-year options.
The Macerich Company (925-939-7601) signed a lease for the expansion of 37,000 sq.ft. with Saks Fifth Avenue at Carmel Plaza in Santa Monica, CA. The Saks store anchors the 115,000 sq.ft. center.
Kimco Realty Company (407-302-4400) leased 5,525 sq.ft. to Oriental Art & Furniture on a five-year term at Renaissance Centre in Altamonte Springs, FL. The company also leased 1,950 sq.ft. to Don’t Tell Papa on a three-year term at the Shoppes at Lake Mary in Lake Mary, FL.
H & R Retail/ChainLinks (410-308-0800) brokered a transaction leasing the 165,000 sq.ft. former Levitz Furniture Warehouse store located at 4949 Allentown Road, Camp Springs, MD to Eastern Farmers Market, LLC for the use as a farmer’s market.
NewMark Merrill Companies (818-996-0700) announced the leasing of 2,430 sq.ft. to Starbucks, on the corner of Broadway and "H" Street in Chula Vista, CA. Starbucks will share the 4,433 sq.ft. building with Verizon.
Bennett Williams (717-843-5555) brokered the following leases at the Collonade at State College in State College, PA: Target leased 131,000 sq.ft., Circuit City took 31,000 sq.ft., Dick’s Sporting Goods leased 35,000 sq.ft., Michael’s Crafts took 23,000 sq.ft., Ross Stores leased 30,000 sq.ft. and Barnes & Noble took 24,000 sq.ft. The office supply retailer will occupy 23,942 sq.ft. located at the intersection of North National Avenue and Northeast Kresky Road in Chehalis and 23,000 sq.ft. at North Creek Plaza located at the intersection of Highway 22 and Interstate 405 on 120th Avenue in Bothell.
