Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (757-497-2113) signed a lease with Priyah Limited, Inc. for 4,500 sq.ft. in the Divaris leased and managed Tampa Festival Center in Tampa, FL. Priyah joins Winn Dixie, Family Dollar, Citi Trends, Rent-A-Center and Radio Shack. The company also signed four leases totaling 13,309 sq.ft. at the Divaris-leased Robious Hall Shopping Center in Richmond, VA: Eckerd Drug Store leased 8,450 sq.ft.; Little Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant took 2,679 sq.ft.; Robious Hair leased 1,130 sq.ft. and Royal Nails took 1,050 sq.ft. The company brokered the lease of 9,000 sq.ft. to Thomasville Furniture at the Columbus Village East Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Thomasville joins Zany Brainy, Hallmark, Starbucks, Zoots The Cleaner Cleaner, Silver Diner and Great Clips.

The May Department Stores (314-342-6300) subleased 28,381 sq.ft. from Service Merchandise Company, Inc. at a 59,250 sq.ft. store in San Antonio, TX. May Department Stores will pay $164,278 annually for the first five years of the ten year-term. The lease also includes three five-year options.
The Macerich Company (925-939-7601) signed a lease for the expansion of 37,000 sq.ft. with Saks Fifth Avenue at Carmel Plaza in Santa Monica, CA. The Saks store anchors the 115,000 sq.ft. center.
Kimco Realty Company (407-302-4400) leased 5,525 sq.ft. to Oriental Art & Furniture on a five-year term at Renaissance Centre in Altamonte Springs, FL. The company also leased 1,950 sq.ft. to Dont Tell Papa on a three-year term at the Shoppes at Lake Mary in Lake Mary, FL.
H & R Retail/ChainLinks (410-308-0800) brokered a transaction leasing the 165,000 sq.ft. former Levitz Furniture Warehouse store located at 4949 Allentown Road, Camp Springs, MD to Eastern Farmers Market, LLC for the use as a farmers market.
NewMark Merrill Companies (818-996-0700) announced the leasing of 2,430 sq.ft. to Starbucks, on the corner of Broadway and "H" Street in Chula Vista, CA. Starbucks will share the 4,433 sq.ft. building with Verizon.
