Real Estate Professionals Making The NewsRED Development (614-444-6755) hired Chris Speciale to its retail leasing team in Columbus, OH. Speciale will be responsible for tenant relations and leasing efforts for developments in Fort Wayne, IN; Madison, WI and Kansas City, MO.
Coyote Management, L.P. (972-248-9375) hired Kymberly S. Woodard as corporate director of marketing. Woodard joins the company with six years of shopping center marketing experience. She has served as both director of marketing and specialty leasing manager at properties overseen by Insignia/ESG and Zamias Services, Inc.
Goldschmidt & Associates (914-723-1616) hired three salespeople bringing its selling staff to 10. William Gerstein joins the company from Prudential Realty-Brewster and will focus on the markets of northern Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties, NY. Gerstein has also served as an associate broker at Spectra Realty. Mark Paragon joins the company after merging his own firm into Goldschmidt & Associates. Paragon will focus on lower Westchester County and the Bronx. Meryl Hartstein joined the firm after recently receiving her license and will focus on Rockland County, NY.
Stirling Properties (504-898-2022) promoted Paul Mastio to controller. Mastio has been with the company since 1993 and has served as both a corporate accountant and assistant controller. Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International (773-714-9300) promoted Stuart L. Miller to vice president. Miller joined the firm in 1997 and served as an associate and a senior associate. Miller was recognized as one of the companys top 25 dealmakers for 2000.
Trammell Crow Company (561-394-3388) hired Laurel D. Lucas as an associate in project leasing. Lucas joins the company from The Langhorne Company where she served as a leasing associate and assistant property manager.
Grubb & Ellis (714-939-6000) hired Robert Reicher as research services manager for the companys Orange County, CA office. Reicher has 30 years of experience in real estate. Most recently, he served as vice president with Market Profiles. Reicher previously served as a principal at Economic Research Associates where he was responsible of real estate consulting for a Big 6 management consulting and accounting firm.
Squire, Sanders & Dempsey (813-229-3321) opened an office in Tampa, FL to focus on the areas real estate market. The office will be headed by partners Stephen J. Mitchell and Joseph D. Edwards. The men were founding shareholders in Annis, Mitchell, Cockey, Edwards & Roehn, P.A. and bring eight associates from that firm to Squire, Sander & Dempsey. |
