Lease Signings

Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) represented JD Bols & Associates in the leasing of 1,600 sq.ft. to Avalon Cleaners in San Diego, CA. The lease is for a ten-year term and is valued at $400,176. The company also represented MIG Realty Advisors in leasing 2,317 sq.ft. in the Plaza Paseo Real Shopping Center in Carlsbad, CA to the Toy Factory. The lease is for a five-year term and is valued at $368,958.

Michael Joseph Development Corporation (724-934-1006) leased 8,050 sq.ft. to Pier 1 Imports and 5,000 sq.ft. to Fashion Bug Plus at The Commons in Dubois, PA. The 320,000 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of Route 255 and Shaffer Road and is anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, Shop n’ Save Supermarket and Elder Beerman Department Store. The company also leased 17,760 sq.ft. to Michael’s Arts & Crafts and 8,050 sq.ft. to Pier 1 Imports at Townfair Center in Indiana, PA. The 200,000 sq.ft. center is anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, Shop ‘n Save Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy.

JMJ Properties, Inc. (231-798-4670) has signed leases for Phase II at The Outlet at Albertville in Albertville, MN. The following tenants will open in the 58,000 sq.ft. addition: Banana Republic Outlet, Old Navy Outlet, Etienne Aigner, Bath & Body Works Outlet, Pac-Sun Outlet and WestPoint Stevens Factory Store.

Colliers International (702-735-5700) brokered the lease of 5,850 sq.ft. to 5th Avenue Designs at 4975 Steptoe Street in Las Vegas, NV. The lease has a three-year term for a consideration of $81,620. The company also brokered the lease of 11,400 sq.ft. to Bluebonnet Foods trading as Good Heart at 7220 Industrial Road in Las Vegas, NV. The lease has a five-year term for a consideration of $408,306.

CB Richard Ellis Retail Services (818-907-4600) brokered leases for the following tenants at the 520,000 sq.ft. Porter Ranch Town Center located near the intersection of Ronald Reagan Freeway and Porter Ranch Drive in Northridge, CA: Petco, Famous Footwear, Longs Drugs, Hallmark Creations, Blockbuster Video, Bank of America, Tilly’s, Baja Fresh, Starbucks, Subway, Pine Hill Cleaners, Revelation Dresses, Musashi Tepan Grill and Sanwa Bank. The company’s Boca Raton, FL office (561-394-2100) brokered the following leases in FL: AT&T Wireless Services leased 2,000 sq.ft. on South Dixie Highway in Miami and SouthTrust Bank leased 20,860 sq.ft. on Peters Road in Plantation.

The company also brokered a ground lease of 1.75 acres for Dominick’s at Mary Crest in Joliet, IL.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) brokered the lease of 7,800 sq.ft. to Movie Gallery at the Glenwood Shopping Center in Chesapeake, VA. The center located on South Battlefield Boulevard is anchored by Food Lion and ReMax. The company also leased 10,965 sq.ft. to Abundant Life Church at Home Emporium Plaza in Virginia Beach, VA.

Swain & Associates (910-256-2211) signed two leases for Phase II of The Forum in Wilmington, NC. The Mole Hole, a specialty gift shop, leased 2,400 sq.ft. at the center and opened this month. Tara Grinna, a designer swimsuit retailer, leased 2,280 sq.ft. and opened in April. The Forum has a GLA of 88,000 sq.ft. and is tenanted by specialty stores and restaurants.

GMH Capital Partners, LP (610-355-8500) brokered two leases in northeast Philadelphia, PA. The company brokered the lease of 3,123 sq.ft. to Kid’s Wear at Imperial Plaza. The lease has a ten-year term for a consideration of $450,000. R & I Audio & Video took 1,600 sq.ft. on Aramingo Avenue. The lease has a five-year term for a consideration of $124,000.

The Grossman Companies (617-472-2000) brokered the lease of 33,000 sq.ft. to ShopRite Supermarkets at Towne Center in Seekonk, MA. The former Kmart Plaza is located at the intersection of Taunton and Fall River Avenues and has spaces of 5,000 sq.ft. to 40,000 sq.ft. available.
