Levin Management Corporation (908-755-2401) has the exclusive management assignment for six Stop & Shop and former Edwards locations in NY and NJ. The four former Edwards stores are located in Bloomfield, NJ; Lyndhurst, NJ; Bay Shore, NY and Oceanside, NY. The company is in charge of maintaining the common areas at Stop & Shop-anchored centers in Levittown, NY and Coram, NY.

 

Mary Helen Enterprises Commercial Real Estate (901-466-9956 east of MS River, 870-972-1957 west of MS River) is the exclusive leasing agent for Comet Cleaners & Laundry. The company requires one-half to three-quarter acre parcels for a 3,000 sq.ft. building. The company operates over 350 stores and plans to open 400 locations in the coming two years.

 

Lee & Associates (949-727-1200) is the exclusive leasing agent for seven centers owned by the Irvine Company. The centers are: Alton Square, Alton Technology Center, The Food Park, Parkview Center, Woodbridge Village Center, Sand Canyon Plaza and The Commons at Irvine Center Drive. Tom Gioia will manage the properties for Lee & Associates.

 

CB Richard Ellis (813-229-3111) is the exclusive leasing agent and management company for the 230,000 sq.ft. Shops at Channelside in Tampa, FL. The waterfront entertainment center is owned by ORIX Hogan Burt and is anchored by a nine-screen movie and IMAX theater, POP City, G.Elliott’s restaurant, High Jinx and Elements dance clubs and Swim ‘N Sport. Stump’s Supper Club/Howl at the Moon, Charlie’s Crab, Rice Republic and Bearnos will open at the center soon. The Channelside area has become a retail destination for visitors to the Florida Aquarium, Ice Place Arena and the Tampa Convention Center.

 

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) is the exclusive leasing agency for the six mixed-use projects developed by the company’s joint venture partner, The JBG Companies. The projects are located in the Washington, DC area and encompass 310,000 sq.ft. of retail space. The centers include: the 27,000 sq.ft. due to open in the fourth quarter of 2001 at Chase Tower in Chevy Chase, MD; the 200,000 sq.ft. at Market Square at Shady Grove in Rockville, MD; the 15,000 sq.ft. at International Place and the 6,000 sq.ft. at 1801 North Lynn in Rosslyn, VA; the 40,000 sq.ft. at Arlington Gateway in Ballston, VA and 22,000 sq.ft. at a project adjacent to the Columbia Hospital for Women in West Washington, DC.
