Garrick-Aug Associates (212-557-9090) arranged for the leasing of a 1,200 sq.ft. Gotta Have It’s location at 143 East 57th Street, between Park and Lexington Avenues, Manhattan, New York. The term of the lease is ten years for the entire third floor.

Eckerd also subleased 8,400 sq.ft. to Mi Casa Furniture in San Antonio, TX and 9,216 sq.ft. to Dollar General in St. Petersburg Beach, FL. Busy Body subleased 3,500 sq.ft. to MattressWarehouse in Houston, TX and Staples subleased 17,240 sq.ft. to KK Fit Bethlehem, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA.

The company negotiated a 7,865 sq.ft. lease for Dollar General at Cardiff Plaza, a 140,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Blackhorse Pike and Cardiff Circle in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The transaction was valued at $220,000.
National Realty & Development Corp (914-694-4444) recently brokered three leases at the Orange Plaza redevelopment in Middletown, NY for an 18,000 sq.ft. Modells Sporting Goods, a 12,000 sq.ft. Famous Footwear and a 5,400 sq.ft. The Avenue. Anchors include Wal*Mart Supercenter, Kohl’s, Big Kmart, Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshall’s, Rag Shops and Fashion Bug.
TKO/Real Estate Advisory Group (609-587-6200) represented Burlington Coat Factory in brokering the sublease of 24,000 sq.ft. to Michael’s Arts & Crafts in Langhorne, PA. The lessor was represented by Legend Properties. TKO originally brokered the sublease of the 104,000 sq.ft. former Builders Square location from Kmart. Burlington will occupy the remaining 80,000 sq.ft.
Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. (330-656-2600) signed a lease for a 42,000 sq.ft. Jo-Ann etc store at the Fayette Pavillion in Fayetteville, GA. Other stores in the Pavilion include Home Depot, Wal*Mart, Toys R Us and Dekor. The company also signed a lease for a 36,000 sq.ft. Jo-Ann etc store in Brighton Mall, Brighton, MI. This is the 10th Jo-Ann etc store in the state. The company currently operates 58 Jo-Ann etc locations nationwide. |
