Real Estate Professionals Making the News Frank’s Nursery & Crafts (248-712-7000) hired Steven S. Fishman as its chief executive officer. Formerly Fishman held senior merchandising positions with retailers including Caldor and Pamida Holdings Corp. Fishman also served at Richman-Gordman stores and Joske’s of Houston. Chico’s FAS (941-277-6200) promoted Scott A. Edmonds to president and chief operating officer. Edmonds has been with Chico’s for more than eight years starting as an operations manager. The Prudential Real Estate Affiliate’s Inc. Network Advisory Council (NAC) has selected Andrew W. Thimlar to join the council. Thimlar is president of Prudential DicksonHughes Commercial Services (317-471-2000). The council meets twice a year to discuss future development and guide the strategic direction of the network. Sembler Company (727-384-6000) hired Sheri Ross Tart as a leasing representative in its Atlanta office. Ross Tart will be responsible for leasing small shop space of 10 000 sq.ft. or less at Valley Bend at Jones Farm in Huntsville Henry Town Center in McDonough GA Midtown Place in Atlanta and Woodstock Square in Woodstock. Ross Tart previously served as a leasing representative with CNM Associates. |
