The site was formerly occupied by CVS/Pharmacy. @DUTTERealty.com (727-723-1612) signed a lease for 6 000 sq.ft. with Leather Express on North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa FL. Capital Realty Advisors Inc. (561-624-5888) brokered a three-year lease of 1 716 sq.ft. to Shoe Heaven at the Spring Park Plaza Shopping Center in Denham Springs LA. The site is located at the intersection of South Range Avenue and I-12 West. The company also brokered a five-year lease for 1 100 sq.ft. with Kitchen Stuff N’ More at Plaza 50 Shopping Center in Carson City NV. The company also brokered the lease of 6 862 sq.ft. to Blockbuster Video at the Magnolia Place Shopping Center in Daphne AL. The site is located on Highway 98. The Woodmont Co. (214-979-0430) signed a lease for 61 417 sq.ft. with Academy Sports and Outdoors at Lakepointe Crossing Shopping Center in Lewisville TX. The site was formerly part of the Montgomery Ward store and is located at the southeast corner of Intersection 35 and F.M. 3040. The company also signed a 15-year lease of 23 942 sq.ft. for a freestanding Staples in Fort Worth TX. The store located along Loop 250 is slated to open in February 2002. McKinley Associates Inc. (734-769-8520) signed a lease of 13 000 sq.ft. with Dollar Stores at Village Marketplace in Port Charlotte FL. The 178 247 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of U.S. 41 and Toledo Blade Boulevard and is anchored by Bealls Books-A-Million Big Lots and Staples. |
