Territory Incorportated Olympia Group and The Developers of Nevada are developing Spencer Square a 331 448 sq.ft. retail and entertainment center in Las Vegas NV. Located at the intersection of Rose Parkway and Spencer Street adjacent to the new St. Rose Dominican Hospital the center is scheduled to open in 2002. The company additionally is developing a 900 000 sq.ft. lifestyle and power center called Centennial Center in Las Vegas NV. The site is located on 90 acres at the intersection of US Highway 95 and the Interstate 215 Beltway Interchange and will be anchored by Wal*Mart Sam’s Club and The Home Depot.
