Lease Signings Grubb & Ellis (858-546-6800) brokered the following leases in CA: 17 000 sq.ft. to Paul Jardin of USA dba 3 Day Suit Broker located on Camino Del Rio North in San Diego; 1 265 sq.ft. to CBC Enterprises dba Papa Murphy’s Take N Bake in Orange Village Plaza in Chula Vista; 1 699 sq.ft. to Golden Dough dba Papa Murphy’s Take N Bake in Santee Village located on Mission Gorge Road in Santee; 1 415 sq.ft. to the Cold Stone Creamery Leasing Company in the Uptown District Shopping Center located on University Avenue in San Diego; and 1 200 sq.ft. to It’s A Grind Coffee House in the Marketplace at Vail Ranch Shopping Center on Highway 79 in Temecula. Rainier Commercial (253-853-2840) brokered the lease of 1 490 sq.ft. to Curves for Women in Seattle WA. The landlord for the site located on 1st Avenue South is Blockbuster Inc.Island Associates (631-587-5050) brokered the lease of 16 400 sq.ft. to European Living at the former Wiz/Cablevision site located across from the Whitman Mall on Route 110 on Long Island NY. Sigma National also brokered the leases of 5 600 sq.ft to Season’s South of the James Restaurant 1 200 sq.ft. to Hair Cuttery 1 200 sq.ft. to Beauty Nails 2 000 sq.ft. to Allen Jewelers and 1 600 sq.ft. to Tan Right at the Commonwealth Centre in Richmond VA. Chase Commercial/TCN Worldwide (203-324-0800) brokered the lease of 2 500 sq.ft. to Cosi at North Ridge Shopping Center in Westchester County NY. The cafe will occupy the former Friendly’s Restaurant located on Quaker Ridge Road. A 2 700 sq.ft. location also was brokered to Cosi in the Ferndale Shopping Center on Boston Post Road in Larchmont NY. The company also brokered the lease of 1 515 sq.ft. to Khahn Le Nail Salons at South Archer Shopping Center in Chicago.CityPlace (561-366-1000 Ext. 8) signed a lease for 23 000 sq.ft. with Publix Supermarkets at its mixed-use project in West Palm Beach FL. The site is located at the intersection of Rosemary Avenue and Fern Street and is scheduled to open in December. DLC Management Corp. (914-631-3131) leased 6 600 sq.ft. to Gulfstream Goodwill Industries at Luria’s Plaza in Vero Beach FL. The company also leased the following: 4 000 sq.ft. to Resnick’s Mattress Outlet at Mid Valley Mall in Newburgh NY; 2 482 sq.ft. to Dicom Printing at College Plaza in Fort Myers FL and 1 245 sq.ft. to BC&T Laser Prints at Karcher Mall in Nampa ID.
