Lease Signings

Grubb & Ellis (858-546-6800) brokered the following leases in CA: 17 000 sq.ft. to Paul Jardin of USA dba 3 Day Suit Broker located on Camino Del Rio North in San Diego; 1 265 sq.ft. to CBC Enterprises dba Papa Murphy’s Take N Bake in Orange Village Plaza in Chula Vista; 1 699 sq.ft. to Golden Dough dba Papa Murphy’s Take N Bake in Santee Village located on Mission Gorge Road in Santee; 1 415 sq.ft. to the Cold Stone Creamery Leasing Company in the Uptown District Shopping Center located on University Avenue in San Diego; and 1 200 sq.ft. to It’s A Grind Coffee House in the Marketplace at Vail Ranch Shopping Center on Highway 79 in Temecula.

Rainier Commercial (253-853-2840) brokered the lease of 1 490 sq.ft. to Curves for Women in Seattle WA. The landlord for the site located on 1st Avenue South is Blockbuster Inc.

Island Associates (631-587-5050) brokered the lease of 16 400 sq.ft. to European Living at the former Wiz/Cablevision site located across from the Whitman Mall on Route 110 on Long Island NY. Dunkin Donuts Blinds To Go Barnes & Nobles Old Navy Toys R’ Us Today’s Man and other national tenants are adjacent to the site.

Sigma National (804-320-6100) brokered the leases of 1 125 sq.ft. to Satellite World and 2 000 sq.ft. to 4D Nail Hair and Fashion at the Tappahannock Town Center in Tappahannock VA. Sigma National also brokered the leases of 5 600 sq.ft to Season’s South of the James Restaurant 1 200 sq.ft. to Hair Cuttery 1 200 sq.ft. to Beauty Nails 2 000 sq.ft. to Allen Jewelers and 1 600 sq.ft. to Tan Right at the Commonwealth Centre in Richmond VA.

Chase Commercial/TCN Worldwide (203-324-0800) brokered the lease of 2 500 sq.ft. to Cosi at North Ridge Shopping Center in Westchester County NY. The cafe will occupy the former Friendly’s Restaurant located on Quaker Ridge Road. A 2 700 sq.ft. location also was brokered to Cosi in the Ferndale Shopping Center on Boston Post Road in Larchmont NY.

Millennium Properties (312-338-3001) brokered the lease of 1 200 sq.ft. to the Triple Crown Express Chinese Restaurant at the Parkview Plaza in Chicago IL. Millennium Properties also brokered the lease of 1 515 sq.ft. on South Archer Road in Chicago IL to Mr. Khanh Le an operator of six nail salons.

Schuckman Realty Inc. (516-496-8888) brokered the lease of Lowe’s Home Center stores in Medford and Long Island NY and North Bergen NJ. Other Lowe’s units are preparing to be opened adjacent to Roosevelt Field in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island and in New York NY.

Millennium Properties Inc. (312-338-3001) brokered the lease of 1 200 sq.ft. to Triple Crown Express Chinese Restaurant at Parkview Plaza in Chicago IL. The 50 000 sq.ft. center is anchored by Walgreens McDonald’s H&R Block and Little Ceaser’s Pizza. The company also brokered the lease of 1 515 sq.ft. to Khahn Le Nail Salons at South Archer Shopping Center in Chicago.

CityPlace (561-366-1000 Ext. 8) signed a lease for 23 000 sq.ft. with Publix Supermarkets at its mixed-use project in West Palm Beach FL. The site is located at the intersection of Rosemary Avenue and Fern Street and is scheduled to open in December.

DLC Management Corp. (914-631-3131) leased 6 600 sq.ft. to Gulfstream Goodwill Industries at Luria’s Plaza in Vero Beach FL. The company also leased the following: 4 000 sq.ft. to Resnick’s Mattress Outlet at Mid Valley Mall in Newburgh NY; 2 482 sq.ft. to Dicom Printing at College Plaza in Fort Myers FL and 1 245 sq.ft. to BC&T Laser Prints at Karcher Mall in Nampa ID.

The Sansone Group (314-727-6664) brokered the lease of 4 000 sq.ft. to Fortel’s Pizza Den at Jefferson County Plaza in Jefferson County MO. The company also brokered the following leases in St. Louis MO: 2 363 sq.ft. to Tropix at Ronnie’s Plaza and 600 sq.ft. to Advantage Mortgage at Mullanphy Gardens.

The Goldstein Group/ChainLinks (201-703-9700) brokered the lease of 53 000 sq.ft. to TJ Maxx at Cedar Knolls Plaza in Cedar Knolls NJ.

Finard & Company (781-273-5555) brokered the lease of 1 641 sq.ft. to Garber Travel at Natick 9/27 Shopping Center in Natick MA. The 84 089 sq.ft. center is located at the intersection of Routes 9 and 27 and is anchored by Super Stop & Shop and CVS Pharmacy.

CB Richard Ellis Tucson (520-323-5117) brokered the lease of 1 200 sq.ft. to Check n’ Go at Gold Canyon Plaza in Marana AZ. The landlord is Donahue Schriber Realty Group.

The Grossman Companies Inc. (617-472-2000) brokered the following leases at Kingstown Plaza in North Kingstown RI: 10 000 sq.ft. to Dollar Tree 2 200 sq.ft. to East West Karate School and 1 000 sq.ft. to Lucky Nails. The company also brokered the lease of 8 200 sq.ft. to Family Dollar at Towne Centre in Seekonk MA. Finard & Company represented the tenant.

MRO Management Inc (915-687-0148) brokered the lease of 14 196 sq.ft. to Sav-A-Lot at the Town and Country Shopping Center in Midland TX.

Katz & Associates (845-735-6666) brokered the lease of 5 000 sq.ft. to K*B Toy Stores in Yonkers NY. The center is located on Central Avenue and is cotenanted by Barnes & Noble Modell’s and David’s Bridal.
