Glimcher Realty Trust (614-621-9000) signed 95 leases for stores and restaurants at Polaris Fashion Place regional shopping mall in Columbus OH. Uniwest Realty/Sax Realty (240-497-1192) brokered three leases for Darden Restaurants in the Washington DC market: Olive Garden opened at Route 7 and Loundoun Tech Drive in Sterling VA; another Olive Garden will open at Bowie Towne Center Regional Mall in Bowie MD during the Spring of 2001; Red Lobster opened in the Dulles Towne Center Restaurant Park at Nokes Boulevard east of Route 28. The company also brokered the lease of 9 000 sq.ft. to Back Room Shoes the Dulles Town Crossing AIG Power Center at Route 28 and Nokes Boulevard in Sterling VA.

The Woodmont Company (214-979-0430 Ext. 209) brokerd the lease of 61 417 sq.ft. to Academy Sports and Outdoors at Lakepointe Crossing Shopping Center in Lewisville TX. The company also brokered the lease of 7 800 sq.ft. to Tire Dealers Warehouse trading as Tire Factory Outlet at Lakepointe Crossing Shopping Center in Lewisville TX.

DLC Management Corp. (914-631-3131) leased 30 000 sq.ft. to Best Buy at University Place in Carbondale IL. The company also brokered the lease of 3 894 sq.ft. to Ritmo Latino at Takoma Langley Crossroads in Takoma Park MD.

NAI Erwin L. Greenberg Commercial Corporation (410-837-2500) brokered the lease of 30 300 sq.ft. to Marshalls at The Village at Waugh Chapel in Anne Arundel County MD. The site is located at the intersection of MD 3/301 and Waugh Chapel Road. The company also brokered the lease of 24 500 sq.ft. to HomeGoods in Anne Arundel County MD.

Reata’s (817-336-1009) leased 22 000 sq.ft. at Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth TX. The relocation to this dining and entertainment district marks a 50% increase in size from its former location.

Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) brokered a five-year lease of 825 sq.ft. to General Nutrition Corporation trading as GNC at the University Square Shopping Center. The site is located at 9521 University Avenue in San Diego CA. Flocke & Avoyer also brokered a five-year lease of 4 800 sq.ft. to Evans Tire Service Centers Inc. The site is located at 3655 Sports Arena Boulevard in San Diego CA.

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) brokered a lease of 0.7 acres to Sonic Resaurants Inc. at Mid Rivers Crossing at the intersection of Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Highway 94 in St. Louis. The company also brokered a lease of 1 700 sq.ft. to Midwest Eye Associates Inc at Dierbergs Fenton Crossing located on Old Smizer Mill Road in St. Louis.
