The Learning Center 1 089 sq.ft. (248-258-6800) signed leases with Neiman Marcus Dillard’s Lord & Taylor and Foley’s at The Shops at Willow Bend in Plano TX. Flocke & Avoyer (619-280-2600) brokered the lease of 1 575 sq.ft. to Maly’s of California for a beauty supply store at the North County Place Shopping Center in Oceanside CA. The lease has a five-year term and a consideration of $146 286. The center is located on El Camino Real. Combined Properties Inc. (781-321-7800) signed the following lease transactions in Malden MA: Peking Gourmet leased 4 006 sq.ft. on Main Street; Rent-A-Center took 3 890 sq.ft. on Centre Street and Cingular Wireless leased 3 300 sq.ft. on Main Street. The company also leased 5 442 sq.ft. to The Endless Video Superstore LP doing business as Blockbuster Video on Mystic Avenue in Medford MA. The Greenburg Group Inc. (516-295-0406) brokered the lease of 25 000 sq.ft. to Maurice Villency in Bethesda MD. The Greenburg Group represented the tenant in the deal. The project is located at the intersection of Boughton and Naperville Roads. The company also brokered the following lease transactions: Alamo Rent-A-Car leased 1 300 sq.ft. and TC Jewelry took 1 200 sq.ft. at Red Top Plaza in Libertyville IL and Lady of America leased 5 280 sq.ft. and My Gym took 3 000 sq.ft. at Skokie Fashion Center in Skokie IL. Crosland Retail (704-523-0272) brokered the lease of 8 500 sq.ft. to The Gap at Birkdale Village in Huntersville NC. The 360 000 sq.ft. mixed-use center is under construction on Sam Furr Road near the Interstate 77 interchange. Moody Rambin Interests-Retail Properties Division (713-271-5900) brokered the lease of 4 000 sq.ft. to Catherine’s Plus Sizes at Westgate Marketplace in Katy TX.
