NAI Erwin L. Greenberg Commercial Corp. (410-837-2500) signed a lease with Sam’s Subs for 1 500 sq.ft. at The Village at Waugh Chapel in Baltimore MD.

CB Richard Ellis Oklahoma (918-665-3830) negotiated the following leases in Tulsa OK: 3 500 sq.ft. in the Woodland Plaza to Beautyfirst; High Noon Tanning Salon took 1 554 sq.ft. in the Echelon Center; and 4 000 sq.ft. to All American Rare Coins on South Sheridan. Ryan Rose Enterprises took 2 000 sq.ft at the Indian Springs Shopping Center in Broken Arrow OK.

Royal Properties Inc. (914-237-3403) brokered the following leases in NY: Volare’s of Rockland signed a lease for 3 000 sq.ft. and Tutor Time Child Care/Learning Center took 10 300 sq.ft. at The Village Square at Airmont in Rockland County. Carpet One took 880 sq.ft. in the Wal*Mart Supercenter in Gates. Curves for Women took 1 000 sq.ft. at Yonkers Plaza; 1 200 sq.ft. at the Pacesetter Shopping Center in Pomona and 1 000 sq.ft. at the G&G Plaza in New Rochelle.

(516-365-6400) brokered the following leases: Time Out Video Arcade subleased 3 096 sq.ft. from Payless Shoe Source in Birmingham AL; Beall’s Outlet Stores subleased 8 640 sq.ft. from Walgreens in Spring Hill FL; Party Supermarket Inc. subleased 12 000 sq.ft. from Blockbuster in Coral Springs FL; Danielle’s Furniture Inc. subleased 13 000 sq.ft. from Walgreens in Lake Worth FL; Body Gear Co. subleased 5 300 sq.ft. from Blockbuster in Indianapolis IN; Dollar Tree subleased 8 468 sq.ft. from Eckerd in State College PA; The Mattress Store Inc. subleased 8 032 sq.ft. from Eckerd in Madison TN and Goodwill Industries of North Georgia subleased 45 000 sq.ft. from Winn-Dixie in Duluth GA.

Advantis Real Estate Services Company (757-627-0661) leased 34 500 sq.ft. of land on London Boulevard in Portsmouth VA to Taco Bell/KFC. Construction has begun on the 2 700 sq.ft. restaurant which is expected to be complete in November.

Boyd Page/Chainlinks (713-877-8400) brokered a lease of 6 500 sq.ft. in The Shops at Dowlen in Beaumont TX to The Men’s Wearhouse.

The Staubach Company (972-361-5063) facilitated the lease of 25 070 sq.ft. from Rooms to Go to Bally’s Total Fitness in Mesquite TX.

The Sembler Company (727-384-6000) signed leases with Subway for 1 200 sq.ft. at Eldron Boulevard and Emerson Drive at Bayside Lakes adjacent to Publix in Palm Bay FL and 1 200 sq.ft. at the Cocoa Commons on SR 54 in Cocoa FL; Atlanta Bread Co. took 5 331 sq.ft. at BayWalk at 2nd Street and 2nd Avenue North in St. Petersburg FL; Pak Mail took 1 200 sq.ft. at Carrollwood Square on Erlich Road in Tampa FL and Aaron Rents signed leases for 11 000 sq.ft. at the Harmony Plaza on US Highway 19 in Port Richey FL and 4 720 sq.ft. at the Juncos Plaza on PR Highway 31 in Juncos PR. Future Laundry also took 3 540 sq.ft. at the Juncos Plaza. At the Henry Towne Center on I-75 in McDonough GA Famous Footwear signed a lease for 10 000 sq.ft.; Marshalls signed a lease for 30 000 sq.ft.; PetsMart signed a lease for 18 875 sq.ft. and Ross Stores took 30 187 sq.ft. Gatsby signed a lease for 14 512 sq.ft. at the Manati Plaza on PR Highway 149 in Manati PR and Mail Boxes Etc. took 1 270 sq.ft. at the Riverside Market Square on Riverside Avenue in Jacksonville FL. At the Village Marketplace on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte FL Beall’s Outlet Stores signed a lease for 7 808 sq.ft. and Save-A-Lot Food Stores took 13 998 sq.ft.

Epsteen & Associates/Chainlinks (310-451-8171) brokered leases with Starbucks for the following spaces in CA: a 2 100 sq.ft. location near the Los Cerritos Mall; 1 400 sq.ft. in the Norwalk Town Center; 2 000 sq.ft. at the Terra Vista Town Center in Rancho Cucamonga; 1 800 sq.ft. in the Cabazon Town Center; 1 600 sq.ft. at the American Town Center in Fullerton; a 1 500 sq.ft. site in downtown Fullerton; 1 500 sq.ft. at the Seal Beach Town Center and an 1 800 sq.ft. drive-thru location in Palmdale. Starbucks also signed leases for less than 2 000 sq.ft. in Temucula San Pedro Atascadero and Santa Maria.
