Nash Finch Company (952-832-0534) hired Rafael Hernandez as director of ethnic retail and Stacey Mack as director of extreme value retail. Hernandez served as director of marketing for Fiesta Mart and will be responsible for devising a marketing strategy for the company’s Hispanic-based chain. Mack has served as director of retail operations for Aldi Inc. and will focus on the company’s roll-out of the Buy N Save concept.

NAI Hiffman (630-932-1234) hired Joel I. Erickson as Vice President of the firm’s Retail Brokerage Group. Erickson previously worked for Sears Roebuck & Co. Homart Development Corp. Federated Stores Realty Inc. and a subsidiary of Heitman Financial LLC. He also operated his own retail brokerage firm.

Zenith Management LLC (516-997-0100) was formed as a new wholly owned subsidiary of Pliskin Realty & Development Inc. to provide property management services for retail and multi-family residential real estate properties. Zenith will be based in Carle Place NY and will manage properties nationwide. The company’s portfolio includes more than 400 residential units and 80 retail properties in the New York Metropolitan area.
