Meacham Oppenheimer Inc. (408-378-5900) is the exclusive leasing agent for The PruneYard Shopping Center in Campbell CA. The center is located in Santa Clara County and is anchored by Barnes & Noble Marshall’s and Trader Joe’s. The project has 25 000 sq.ft. of anchor space available.

Finard & Company (781-273-5555) is the exclusive leasing agent for the 160 000 sq.ft. South Cape Village in Mashpee MA. The proposed center is located near the intersection of Routes 28 and 151 and is scheduled to open in 2002. The site has an average daily traffic count of 28 000 cars.

The Goldstein Group/ChainLinks (201-703-9700) is the exclusive leasing agent for the 130 000 sq.ft. Shoppes at IV in Paramus NJ. The center is located on Route 4 and has been recently de-malled

Ripco Real Estate (610-834-8000) is the exclusive leasing agent for the retail component of the Willingboro Town Center in Willingboro NJ. The center is anchored by an Acme Supermarket and has 225 000 sq.ft. of space available. The center is owned by ReNEWal Realty LLC and is located along the Route 130 corridor.

Insignia ESG (212-984-8073) is the exclusive leasing agent for 11 000 sq.ft. of retail space at 360 Park Avenue South in New York City’s Flatiron District. The space is being sublet from Reed Elsevier who consolidated its New York offices into the building’s upper floors. The space has 80 feet of frontage on Park Avenue is under renovation and will be ready for occupancy mid-2002.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) is the exclusive leasing agent for five Konover Property Trust-owned centers in western VA. The properties have a total GLA of 715 087 sq.ft. The locations are: Food Lion Plaza located at the intersection of Route 301 and Flank Road in Petersburg VA; Towne Square Shopping Center located at the intersection of Towne Square Boulevard and Rutger Avenue in Roanoke VA; Duke’s Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of South Main Street and Mosby Road in Harrisonburg VA; University Mall located at the intersection of University City Boulevard and Glade Road in Blacksburg VA and The Market Square located at the intersection of Highway 29 and Seminole Drive in Danville VA.

The Krone Group LLC (216-464-5900) has signed an exclusive management agreement on three centers in OH owned by Heritage Development Company. The company will lease The Market Place at Four Corners in Bainbridge OH; Creekview Commons in Brecksville OH and Tops Plaza in Madison OH. The centers have a combined GLA of 871 000 sq.ft.

R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate (702-363-3100) is the exclusive leasing agent for the retail portion of the 200-acre Montecito Town Center in Northwest Las Vegas NV. The project is expected to include over 10 million sq.ft. of retail office medical residential and entertainment space. The area is also scheduled for development by the city for over 100 acres of parks and civic centers.

Katz & Associates (845-735-6666) is the exclusive tenant representative for Galyan’s Trading Company. The sporting goods retailer features an interactive store environment that allows customers to try out equipment and recently completed its an initial public offering. The company will open five new markets in 2001 and seven stores in 2002. The company opened an 84 000 sq.ft. store at Stone Briar Mall in Frisco TX. The retailer occupies spaces of 80 000 sq.ft. to 100 000 sq.ft. in power centers and freestanding locations.
