Lease Signings


Legend Properties (856-231-1010) brokered the lease of 4 000 sq.ft. to Ashley Stewart at Eddystone Commons Shopping Center in Eddystone PA. The center is owned by the Verrichia-Wolfson Group. Legend also brokered two ground leases for MRO Mid-Atlantic Corporation to open Popeye’s locations. The freestanding restaurants will be located on Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia PA and on MacDade Boulevard in Ridley Township PA.

The Goldstein Group/ChainLinks (201-703-9700) brokered the lease of three spaces for Radio Shack in NJ. The sites are located on Washington Street in Hoboken; on Bergenline Avenue in Union City and at the intersection of Routes 33 and 71 in Neptune City. The company also brokered the lease of 30 000 sq.ft. to Homegoods located on Route 17 in Ramsey NJ.

Michael Salove Company (610-664-8100) brokered the lease of 30 000 sq.ft. to Bally Total Fitness in Ridley PA. The site is a former Acme Supermarket location and is located at the intersection of MacDade Boulevard and Fairview Road near Interstate 476.

Divaris Real Estate (757-497-2113) brokered the lease of 6 000 sq.ft. to Total Wine & More at Crossways Shopping Center in Chesapeake VA. The store is the company’s 16th in four states and joins other anchor tenants Office Depot Value City Furniture and Marshalls in the center.

DLC Management (914-631-3131) leased 30 000 sq.ft. to Best Buy at the University Place Shopping Center in Carbondale IL. The 250 000 sq.ft. center is anchored by Kmart Jo-Ann Fabrics Shoe Carnival Goody’s Barnes & Noble and Cato. The Best Buy store is scheduled to open in April 2002.

Levin Management (908-755-2401) brokered the lease of 5 700 sq.ft. to Ann Taylor Loft at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack NY. The center is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory Waldbaum’s Outback Steakhouse Genovese Drugs Rockaway Bedding Gap Gap Kids and Supercuts. The company also brokered the lease of 7 335 sq.ft. to National Auto Stores and 7 000 sq.ft. to Dollar General at Capitol Plaza in Bangor PA. The leases launch the repositioning of the 50 193 sq.ft. center anchored by Music Scene and located on Route 512.
