Aurora Plaza Shopping Center in Aurora CO; BMV took 5 500 sq.ft. for a one-year term at the 99 294 sq.ft. County Fair Shopping Center in Angola IN; Lil Choo Choo Preschool leased 4 225 sq.ft. for a five-year term and Dollar Star took 3 890 sq.ft. for a two-year term at the 212 110 sq.ft.
