The Centre Development of Lake Havasu City, Arizona is developing The Centre, a master-planned, 270-acre mixed-use retail/commercial development. Developers Diversified Realty Corp. is planning to break ground during 2002 on two shopping center developments located in Riverdale, UT and Long Beach, CA.
