Lease Signings


Bank Development LLC (410-435-5700), a subsidiary of Shopping Center Associates, entered into a lease with Peoples Bank of Elkton for an unsubordinated land lease at the Food Lion Shopping Center on U.S. Route 40 in Elkton, MD.

The Grossman Companies, Inc. (617-472-2000) leased 42,000 sq.ft. at the Towne Center shopping plaza in Seekonk, MA for a three-in-one concept that includes Ann & Hope, Smart Buy Outlet and Curtain & Bath Outlet. The company also leased 8,200 sq.ft. at the center to Family Dollar.

Gallier and Wittenberg, Inc. (214-979-0430) brokered the following leases for Dollar Tree in TX: 11,400 sq.ft. at Hillside Village in Dallas; 7,722 sq.ft. at Red Bird Shopping Center in Dallas and 8,000 sq.ft. at Cedar Hill Crossing Shopping Center in Cedar Hill.

The Staubach Co. (972-361-5023) brokered a 15,000 sq.ft. lease for Beverages & More at Culver Plaza in Irvine, CA.

@DutterRealty.com (727-723-1612) brokered a three-year lease of 3,300 sq.ft. in Palm Harbor, FL to Rachel’s Fur, Feathers & Fins, Inc. Also in Palm Harbor, the company brokered a lease of 3,350 sq.ft. at 31567 U.S. Highway #19 North to Black Swan Furniture. The company also brokered the lease of 2,100 sq.ft. to Home Again, Inc. at 9905 Racetrack Road in Tampa, FL.

The company also brokered the lease of 5,000 sq.ft. to Movie Gallery at Riverwalk Center in Carlsbad, NM. The company additionally brokered a five-year lease of 6,300 sq.ft. to Dollar Tree at North Hills Centre in Ada, OK.

Trammell Crow Co. (214-863-3000) brokered the lease of 6,689 sq.ft. to Aaron Brothers Art & Frame, Inc. at Town Center Lakeside in Sugar Land, TX.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide Ltd. (212-557-9090) brokered the 15-year lease of 5,435 sq.ft. to Galo Shoes between 74th and 75th Streets in New York, NY.

Sweetwater Plaza Ltd. (281-242-2000) secured the following leases at the 134,000 sq.ft. Sweetwater Plaza Shopping Center in Sugar Land, TX: 2,600 sq.ft. to Bogart Golf and 2,205 sq.ft. to The Huntington Learning Center.

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) brokered the lease of 27,000 sq.ft. at City Place Mall in Silver Springs, MD to Gold’s Gym, which is expected to open during the Summer or Fall.

Colliers Dickinson (904-358-1206) brokered the following leases in Jacksonville, FL: 5,000 sq.ft. to Supercash Pawn at The Paxon Shopping Center on Edgewood Avenue; 3,383 sq.ft. to C.H.
