Excess Space Disposition (516-365-6400) brokered the following sublease transactions: 5,675 sq.ft. from Advance to Dollar’s Worth at 840 West Liberty Street in Hubbard, OH; 10,000 sq.ft. from Eckerd Corp. to Dollar General at 21st Avenue and 100 Tyler Street in Covington, LA; 15,000 sq.ft. from Penn Traffic to Tom Chapman at 232 North Main Street in Massena, NY; 8,692 sq.ft. from Eckerd Corp. to Dollar General at U.S. 75/Hilltop in Sherman, TX and 13,343 sq.ft. from Walgreens to Women’s Total Fitness at 355 North LaGrange in LaGrange Park, IL. The company also brokered the sale of 4,400 sq.ft. from Chief Auto to George Novogroten.

(800-365-1616) leased 10,000 sq.ft. to Dollar General at Alliance Plaza in Alliance, NE; 7,500 sq.ft. to Dollar General at Chadron Plaza in Chadron, NE; 28,000 sq.ft. to Farver True Value at Newton Plaza in Newton, IA; 24,000 sq.ft. to Wyoming Technical Institute at Laramie Plaza in Laramie, WY; 12,000 sq.ft. to 99 Cent Discount at Montwood Shopping Center in El Paso, TX; 17,100 sq.ft. to Motor Kars II at First Perry Plaza in Perry, IA; 5,500 sq.ft. to The Buckle at York Plaza in York, NE and 2,800 sq.ft. to Regal Liquor at Algona Plaza in Algona, IA.

The company represented K&Y Thunderbird & 83rd and Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented Fleming Companies. The company also represented Smart & Final in the 15-year lease of 25,610 sq.ft. at 6912 Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach, CA. The company represented K&G Regency II, LLC in the 10-year lease of 5,000 sq.ft. to Lisa Belle Salon & Day Spa at the Plaza El Paseo Center in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. In addition, the company represented Brinker International in the 10-year lease of 7,200 sq.ft. to Macaroni Grill at the Old Ranch Towne Center in Seal Beach, CA and the 10-month lease of 6,500 sq.ft. to the Festival Companies at 8308 On The Mall in Buena Park, CA. CB Richard Ellis, Inc. also represented Metro Pointe Retail Association in the 10-year lease of 1,022 sq.ft. to Subway at 901 South Coast Drive in Costa Mesa, CA. Also, the company represented Foothill Pacific Venture I in the lease of 9,000 sq.ft. to a jewelry and watch repair tenant at Baker Street Portola in Foothill Ranch, CA. The company also negotiated leases at Imperial Center East in Brea, CA: 4,995 sq.ft. to Full Spectrum Lending for a five-year term and 6,678 sq.ft. to Dress Barn. CB Richard Ellis, Inc. also brokered leases at Plaza Almeria in Huntington Beach, CA: Vibe Tribe Yoga signed for 2,082 sq.ft. and Big Apple Bagels signed for 1,897 sq.ft.

Michael Salove Company Commercial Real Estate (610-664-8100) brokered the lease for an 11,000 sq.ft. CVS Pharmacy to be built at the intersection of U.S. 1 and Route 322 in Delaware County, PA. The store is scheduled to open during the Fall.

Coyote Management LP (972-248-9375) brokered leases at the Sarasota Square Mall in Sarasota, FL to Children’s Place, Hot Topic, Nail Central, South Street Steaks, Street Corner News and Things Remembered. The company also brokered leases at the Sikes Senter Mall in Wichita Falls, TX to Hot Topic, Pacific Sunwear and US Cellular.
