DTZ Staubach Tie Leung (972-361-5023) named Dino Piccini managing director, international services. DTZ Staubach Tie Leung is a joint venture between The Staubach Co. and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung. Piccini will oversee a team of senior professionals that will provide a single point of contact for clients who have global real estate needs. He also will lead the firm’s efforts to secure and service new multinational clients and increase focus on direct referrals among the joint venture’s 150 worldwide offices.

Konover Property Trust (919-372-3000) sold its RMC/Konover Property Trust LLC business unit in Tampa, FL. The wholly owned subsidiary was sold to Suzanne L. Rice who cofounded RMC, a shopping center management leasing firm. Rice will assume the operating assets and third-party liabilities of RMC/Konover Property Trust LLC, which manages or leases 78 shopping centers, most of which are anchored by a Publix supermarket. The company will be combined with FOG Development, which is run by Mitchell Rice, and operate as RMC Property Group.

Hilco Appraisal Services, LLC (800-524-4526) appointed Jack Washbourn as vice president. Washbourn will serve as senior staff appraiser and manager of the company’s new office in Farmington Hills, MI. Washbourn has 30 years of experience in all phases of asset disposition and appraisal services in almost all asset categories.

Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) formed an office leasing division to additionally serve the New York, NY metro area. Robert Solimine was hired to head the division. Solimine previously worked with Corporate National Realty and NAI Long Island.

GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. (215-328-1942) appointed George A. O’Brien III as vice president and retail loan origination producer at the company’s New York, NY branch office. O’Brien previously was vice president of GE Capital Commercial Real Estate.
