Finard & Co. (781-273-5555) brokered the lease of 4,000 sq.ft. to the Sherwin-Williams Co. at the 94,745 sq.ft. Shaw’s Millcreek Plaza located at 180 Waterman Drive in South Portland, ME.

Mid-America Real Estate Group (630-954-7300) brokered the following leases: 10,800 sq.ft. to Trader Joe’s at the intersection of North Lincoln and Grace in Chicago, IL; 2,000 sq.ft. to MC Jewelry at Kedzie Plaza South at the intersection of 47th and Kedzie in Chicago; 1,200 sq.ft. to Lula’s Flowers & Gifts at Marketplace of Matteson in Matteson, IL and 3,000 sq.ft. to The Vitamin Shoppe at Westridge Court in Naperville, IL.

Madison Retail Group (202-333-6856) brokered the following leases in Washington, DC: 5,544 sq.ft. to Ann Taylor Loft at Congressional Plaza on Rockville Pike; 4,500 sq.ft. to Panera Bread at Chase Tower and 1,376 sq.ft. to PotBelly Deli at 1400 New York Avenue.

Federal Realty Investment Trust (408-551-4666) signed leases with Straits Cafe and Blowfish Sushi at Santana Row in San Jose, CA.

The Hutensky Group, LLC (860-527-2222) brokered the lease of 53,000 sq.ft. to Family Fare and 25,000 sq.ft. to A.J. Wright at the Rogers Plaza community center in Grand Rapids, MI.

The Mills Corp. (703-526-5000) signed the following leases at the 1.2 million sq.ft. Colorado Mills retail, dining and entertainment center in Lakewood, CO: 44,000 sq.ft. to Gart Sports; 23,000 sq.ft. to Off Broadway Shoes; 4,000 sq.ft. to Bath & Body Works; 6,300 sq.ft. to The Children’s Place and 13,000 sq.ft. to Levi’s/Dockers/Joe Boxer/Ancho, as well as space for a 16-screen United Artists theater.

Intertech Corp. (703-734-3775) brokered the lease of 2,181 sq.ft. to Baja Fresh Mexican Grill at the 165,000 sq.ft. Plaza America Retail Center in Reston, VA. Robert A. Solomon & Associates represented the tenant.

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-280-2600) brokered the following leases at Santee Trolley Square in Santee, CA from Vestar California, XXVII, LLC: a 10-year, 9,400 sq.ft. lease to Party City Corp., which was represented by Katz & Associates and a five-year, 1,200 sq.ft. lease to Prestige Nail & Spa, Inc.

Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. (561-624-5888) negotiated a two-year lease with Carson City Florist for 1,100 sq.ft. at Plaza 50 Shopping Center in Carson City, NV.

Sigma National, Inc. (804-320-6100) brokered the lease of 1,400 sq.ft. to Nailexus at Bermuda Crossroads in Chester, VA. The company also brokered the lease of 27,968 sq.ft. to A.J. Wright at Merchant’s Walk Shopping Center in Richmond, VA.

The Weitzmen Group (214-954-0600) brokered the following leases in TX: 66,646 sq.ft. at the Marketplace@Towne Centre in Mesquite to Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar from JDN Real Estate - Mesquite, LP, which was represented by Pangman Real Estate Services; 4,935 sq.ft. at South Main Shopping Center in Houston to Rainbow from Fiesta Mart, Inc.; 7,000 sq.ft. at The Shops at Legacy in Plano to Bob’s Steak & Chop House from The Karahan Co.; 3,000 sq.ft. at Redbird Hill in Dallas to Simply Fashions from BVI 4343 Camp Wisdom, LP and 6,500 sq.ft. at Blue Grove Plaza in Lancaster to Simply Fashions from Lakewood Village Joint Venture.

The company also signed the following leases: 1,487 sq.ft. at Target Place in Olympia, WA to The Gallery; 1,527 sq.ft. at Vancouver Plaza in Vancouver, WA to Le’s Nail Studio and 3,412 sq.ft. at the Kentucky Oats Mall in Paducah, KY to Sultan’s Castle. In addition, the company brokered the following leases at the Millcreek Mall in Erie, PA: 9,371 sq.ft. to 200 Items Buffet and 480 sq.ft. to Dairy Queen/Karmelkorn/Treat Center.
