Lease Signings

Neal Realty & Investments (954-568-0530) brokered the lease of 1,500 sq.ft. at Shoppes of Cooper City located at the intersection of Sheridan Street and Flamingo Road in Cooper City, FL to Entenmann’s Bakery. The lease is for five years and valued at $135,390.

Mid-America Corp. (630-954-7300) handled the following transactions: secured the leases of 60,000 sq.ft. at the River Forest Town Center, located at the intersection of Harlem Avenue and Lake Street in River Forest, IL. The center is anchored by a 28,000 sq.ft. Linens ‘n Things. Cotenants include Ann Taylor Loft, The Children’s Place, Talbots, Chico’s, Panera Bread and Harry & David; represented The Streets of Woodfield in Schaumburgh, IL in the leasing of 1,500 sq.ft. to Cold Stone Creamery; brokered leases of 30,000 sq.ft. to Marshalls, 24,955 sq.ft. to A.J. Wright, 12,807 sq.ft. to Factory 2-U, 8,000 sq.ft. Skechers Shoe Outlet and 1,200 sq.ft. to Funcoland at Washington Square Shopping Center at the intersection of North and Cicero Avenues in Chicago, IL. The company also completed the following leases: Happiness is Pets is relocating to a 2,442 sq.ft. space at Arlington Town Square in Arlington Heights, IL; 1,800 sq.ft. to Pick Up Stix at Shops of Heatherfield in Glenview, IL; 1,615 sq.ft. to Flowers For All Seasons at Bannockburn Green located at the intersection of Waukegan and Half Day Roads in Bannockburn, IL; 1,600 sq.ft. to Libertyville Florist at Red Top Plaza in Libertyville, IL; 1,600 sq.ft. to Big League Barbers at Red Top Plaza in Chicago, IL and 1,000 sq.ft. to Marble Slab Creamery at Church Street Plaza in Evanston, IL.

Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin (414-273-4600) brokered the following leases: 1,384 sq.ft. of space to P.A. Staff Services at The Brownestones Shopping Center at 17750 West Bluemound Road in Brookfield, WI and 2,469 sq.ft. to Auto Club Insurance Association at Pine Tree Plaza at 2900 Deerfield Road in Janesville,WI.

Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) negotiated the lease of 24,858 sq.ft. at 4027 198th Street Southwest in Lynnwood, WA with Seattle Goodwill Industries. The company also brokered a lease of 34,000 sq.ft. with Barnes & Noble at Franklin Terrace Shopping Center at the intersection of Interstate 18 and State of Franklin Road in Johnson City, TN.

Southeastern Realty Group, Inc. (407-629-5595) brokered a lease of 12,600 sq.ft. at West Volusia Regional Shopping Center located in Deland, FL to Beall’s Outlet.

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) represented National Life Insurance Co. in the leasing of 1,199 sq.ft. at Mid Rivers Center to LA Weight Loss Centers, Inc. Sansone also represented Hilltop Village Shopping Center in Eureka, MO, with the leasing of 4,200 sq.ft. to Unique Furnishings.

Schultz, Foster and Addison Real Estate, Inc. (904-354-1789) negotiated a lease in Jacksonville, FL for 800 sq.ft. to First Union at 611 West Bay Street.

Ramsey Real Estate Group (858-459-4410) signed leases with Wentworth Gallery and Brasserie Excelsior at Prospect Square. Prospect Square is a 32,950 sq.ft. retail, restaurant and office project located at 1025 Prospect Street in La Jolla, CA. Wentworth Gallery is an art gallery that operates 29 locations in 13 states and occupies a space of 1,850 sq.ft.

Jim Wilson & Associates (334-260-2500) announced Ann Taylor, Talbots, Orvis, Ware Jewelers, vessie b., Guthrie’s, Polka Dots and Nails by Elizabeth will join The Shoppes at EastChase, located at the intersection of Taylor Road and Chantilly Parkway in Montgomery, AL. The mall will feature approximately 50 retailers and is scheduled to open in November.

Andrew Shedlin Cos. (847-433-3400) brokered a lease of 1,125 sq.ft. at Security Square Mall in Baltimore, MD to Cingular Wireless. The mall has a GLA of 1.1. million sq.ft. and is anchored by Hecht’s, Sears, Burlington Coat Factory, Old Navy, International Furniture and AMC Theatres.

Glimcher Realty Trust (614-621-9000) signed a lease at Weberstown Mall in Stockton, CA with American Eagle Outfitters.

CB Richard Ellis (312-867-0339) signed a lease at Shops at Orchard Place in Skokie, IL with a 2,422 sq.ft. Back To Bed, Inc. and for a 5,170 sq.ft. Blockbuster Entertainment at 3751-51 North Clark Street in Chicago, IL.

L3 Corp. (314-469-7400) handled the following lease transactions: 6,640 sq.ft. at Brentwood Square in Brentwood, MO for Viking Culinary Arts Center; 18,000 sq.ft. at The Shops on Lake Avenue in Pasadena, CA from Starwood Wasserman and 17,960 sq.ft. at Fairfax Corner in Fairfax, VA from The Peterson Group for Organized Living; 19,107 sq.ft. at Quail Springs MarketPlace in Oklahoma City, OK from QS Market Place Limited Partnership to PetsMart; and 10,451 sq.ft. at South Park Shopping Center in Lexington, KY from Kimco Realty to Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc.
