Cozen O’Connor (215-793-4666) hired Charles M. Naselsky, Brian L. Murland and Kevin S. Barber to boost its real estate law practice. Naselsky joined the company as a member of its real estate and corporate finance departments, while Murland and Barber joined as associates in the firm’s real estate department. Naselsky concentrates his practice in real estate and corporate finance and assists companies through the process of securing governmental economic assistance. Murland focuses on the structure of acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, with an emphasis on land use. Barber’s practice concentrates on commercial lending transactions.

JBG Rosenfield Retail (202-965-6470) hired Krista Carlson DiIaconi to help with its acquisitions activity in the Mid-Atlantic states. DiIaconi returns to JBGR after serving two years as vice president of finance and operations for Web-based retail information service Storetrax. In her new position, DiIaconi will work with the principals of JBG to manage all aspects of acquisitions and development.

United Commercial Realty (214-526-6262) hired Michael Wheat as senior vice president. Wheat will be focusing on tenant representation and retail leasing. Prior to joining UCR, Wheat served as director of national accounts for ChainLinks Retail Advisors.
