Sephora’s (877-737-4672) is closing its 21,000 sq.ft. location at 630 Fifth Avenue in Rockefeller Center in New York, NY because of declining sales. The company has been closing many of its larger stores.

Phar-Mor Corp. (330-746-6641) is closing its remaining 73 Phar-Mor stores following federal bankruptcy approval to liquidate company. Phar-Mor currently operates stores in eight states, mainly in NC, OH, PA and VA. The discount drug chain selected a joint venture group’s $141 million bid for the company’s remaining assets. Phar-Mor filed for bankruptcy protection in September. The company has 28 available leases in PA, 11 in OH, 10 in VA, including a fee-owned building for sale of 70,216 sq.ft. in Berryville, seven in NC, three in IL, two in IN and one in WV.
