The center is anchored by Home Depot, Kohl’s and Linens ‘n Things; The company also signed a 20-year lease with Dunkin’ Donuts at the Patterson Commons Shopping Center located on Route 22 and Route 311 in Patterson, NY. The center is anchored by A&P Supermarket, Dollar Tree and Blockbuster Video. The company also signed the following leases: 2,550 sq.ft. for a 10-year lease with a five-year option with Just-A-Buck at the Expressway Plaza in Staten Island, NY. The center is anchored by Waldbaum’s Supermarket, Applebee’s, Hollywood Video, Pearle Vision and Richmond County Savings Bank; 8,200 sq.ft. for a term of 10 years with two five-year options with The Goddard School at Spook Rock Road in Airmont, NY and 1,800 sq.ft. for a 10-year lease with a five-year option for Subway at Tower Plaza Mall in Weehawken, NJ. The center is tenanted by Pathmark, Payless Shoes and U.S. Post Office. The company also helped Subway sign a lease for a 1,500 sq.ft. endcap at Ewing Plaza in Ewing, NJ. The lease is for five years with a five-year option. The center is tenanted by CVS. Stiles Retail Group (954-627-9377) brokered the following leases: 1,492 sq.ft. for five years with Mail Boxes Etc. at Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre at the 401 block of Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, FL and 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Dan’s Fan City at Boulevard Square Annex at the intersection of Pines and Hiatus Roads in Pembroke Pines, FL. Pleasant, WI in a center anchored by Kohl’s and Jewel-Osco and 5,044 sq.ft. for a cafe in a property currently occupied by Borders Books located at 3416 University Avenue in Shorewood Hills, WI.Staubach Retail Services (972-361-5063) leased 6,000 sq.ft. at the intersection of Brinker Road and Loop 288 in Denton, TX for Car Toys, Inc. The store is slated for a March 2003 opening. The company also represented Barnes & Noble in the leasing of 20,000 sq.ft. at Riverbend Market Shopping Center located on River Road in Rome, GA. (973-992-8778) brokered leases with Cingular Wireless in East Hanover, NJ; for Cranford Wireless in Cranford, NJ; for Creative Tile in Montclair, NJ and Martino’s Cuban Restaurant in Martinsville, NJ.The Floyd Co. (714-731-6600) coordinated the sub-dividing of the previous Anna’s Linens store and brokered a lease with VoiceStream for 1,500 sq.ft. and a lease with Footaction for 4,200 sq.ft.
