The center will feature an 81,000 sq.ft., 18-screen Harkins Theater and will have spaces available ranging from 6,000 sq.ft. to 40,000 sq.ft. Area demographics include a population of 63,918 within three miles earning $41,859 as the average household income. W.M. Grace Development Co. also is developing a 400,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Loop 101 Freeway and Peoria Avenue in Peoria, AZ with a daily traffic count of 116,700 vehicles. The center is tenanted by Home Depot, Kmart, Staples, PetsMart, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Peter Piper Pizza, Fashion Bug, Payless Shoes, Arby’s, Burger King and Greenbacks.
