The Walgreens stores available for sublease include: a 20,209 sq.ft. store located at the intersection of Route 33 and West Sylvania Avenue in Neptune City. Vanguard Realty, Inc. (973-443-9700) is representing Pinnacle Communities in its plans to build approximately 52,000 sq.ft. of retail space and 80 luxury residential units in what will become known as The Esplenade in Montclair, NJ.
