Continental Retail Development is developing The Streets of West Chester, a 380,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Union Square Boulevard in Cincinnati, OH. The company plans to build about 300,000 sq.ft. of retail space, plus an 80,000 sq.ft. movie complex on a land area of 110 acres.
