Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (317-639-0506) will merge with Colliers Towle Real Estate in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. The companies generate $2 billion in annual transactions and manage more than 65 million sq.ft. of office, industrial, and retail property in Indianapolis, IN; Cincinnati and Dayton, OH; Kansas City and St. Louis, MO; Nashville, TN and Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. Mark Burkhart will continue to serve as the company’s chief executive officer.

Insite Commercial Group (248-355-6141) appointed Rodney Neely as sales associate. He will be responsible for investment sales and vacant land assemblage. Prior to working with Insite, Neely worked in real estate at CB Richard Ellis investment properties in Toledo, OH.

Retail Zone, LLC (718-321-7700) has been newly formed by Mitch Weiss and Ezra Saff and will focus on retail leasing and sales transactions throughout Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Manhattan, NY above 96th Street. Weiss and Saff formerly ran Newmark New Spectrum retail offices in Queens. The company currently serves as the exclusive agent for Emmes Asset Management for the sale of 6,000 sq.ft. at Junction Boulevard in Queens. The company also is the exclusive leasing agent for a 35,000 sq.ft. mixed-use development on McKinley Square in the Bronx.
