Charles Dunn Co. (213-683-0500) assumed management of the Target-anchored Rancho Cordova Town Center, a 165,123 sq.ft. center located on Olson Drive near Highway 50 in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Equity Properties (610-645-7700) is exclusively representing The Crossroads Center, a proposed 34,208 sq.ft. center located near the intersection of Route 1 and Route 202 in Concord Township, PA. The center is slated for completion during the fourth quarter of 2003 and will include 22,000 sq.ft. of retail space, 8,608 sq.ft. of office space and a 3,600 sq.ft. pad site that was recently leased to Fulton Bank. Area demographics include a population of 65,000 within five miles earning $107,696 as the average household income. The center is located near Borders Books & Music, Organized Living, Victoria’s Secret, Banana Republic and Pottery Barn.

Konover Development Corp. (860-284-7246) is representing CVS in its expansion throughout CT, Hampden, Hampshire and Berkshire Counties in MA and Westchester County, Albany and Schenectady in NY. The drug stores, which currently operate 4,100 locations nationwide, occupy spaces of 10,000 sq.ft. to 13,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations and endcaps.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-599-3700) is representing Bally Total Fitness in its expansion throughout CT, NJ and NY. The fitness centers, which currently operate locations nationwide and in Canada, occupy spaces of 15,000 sq.ft. to 50,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations and power and strip centers.

Realty Strategy Associates, LLC (301-217-0448) is representing Signature Car Wash in its expansion throughout DE, MD, northern VA and Washington, DC.
