Real Estate Professionals Making the News

Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin (414-273-4600) named David J. Merrick as an associate of sales and leasing. Merrick most recently worked as development director for The Ruvin Group. Prior to that, he worked for Irgens Development Partners, LLC. He also held a position as a real estate analyst for Park Towne Development Corp.

Charles Dunn Co. (213-683-0500) named Paula Mathews regional vice president. Mathews will be responsible for all management services throughout the Orange County and Inland Empire regions in southern CA. Mathews, who has 25 years experience in asset and portfolio management of commercial real estate properties nationwide, will be based in Charles Dunn’s Orange County, CA office.

Grocery Outlet, Inc. (510-845-1999) named Marc Drasin its vice president of real estate and construction. He will be responsible for strategic expansion throughout HI and seven other western states. Drasin previously was vice president of real estate with Petco and was also director of real estate with Blockbuster Video.
