(602-248-0600) is the exclusive property manager for Paradise Valley Marketplace, which will contain about 100,000 sq.ft. at the NW corner of Tatum and Shea Boulevards in Phoenix, AZ when completed. The center will be anchored by a 32,000 sq.ft. Whole Foods Market, and also will feature Baja Fresh, Verizon Wireless and Poppy Box Gardens, among others. Keen Realty, LLC (516-482-2700) was retained by National Record Mart to assist the company in the disposition of 113 retail locations ranging from 1,500 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. as part of their Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Available stores operate under the trade names National Record Mart, NRM Music, Waves Music, Music X, Music Oasis and Tempo Music/Vibes and are located in over 20 states nationwide. DJM Asset Management LLC (631-752-1100) was retained by McCrory Corp. to conduct a Chapter 11 bankruptcy disposition of the company’s store leases and fee-owned properties. The 200 stores range in size from 2,800 sq.ft. to 83,100 sq.ft. and are located in malls, strip centers and urban/downtown areas in AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA and WV. More than 190 of the stores operate under the trade names McCrory, McCrory Dollar, GC Murphy and JJ Newberry. Edens & Avant (803-779-4420) was awarded the management, leasing and marketing contract for the Richland Mall in Columbia, SC. The two-level 865,000 sq.ft. mall is tenanted by Belk, Dillard’s, Parisian, Barnes & Noble, Talbots, Limited Stores, Regal Cinema and Hibbett Sports. Also included in the agreement is Richland Centre, an adjoining 137,000 sq.ft. office complex. Charter Realty & Development Corp. (203-629-3939) was retained by Dunning Farms LLC to exclusively lease The Dunning Farms Shopping Center, a 400,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Dunning Road and Route 17 in Middletown, NY. The plaza is anchored by Toys "R" Us, Kids "R" Us, A.C. Moore, T.J. Maxx, Media Play, Home Goods, Dress Barn and Mandees. Spaces from 2,500 sq.ft. to 27,700 sq.ft. are available, as well as a 44,000 sq.ft. expansion area and a pad site. Area demographics include a population of 112,051 residing in the trade area earning an average household income of $49,743. Madison Marquette Realty Services (952-852-5200) is the exclusive managing and leasing agent for the 673,000 sq.ft. Everett Mall in Everett, WA. The center is anchored by Bon Marche, Sears and Mervyn’s, and tenanted by 100 other stores and services. |
