Robert B. Aikens & Associates, LLC (248-362-1370) brokered the following leases at the Village of Rochester Hills in Rochester Hills, MI: 9,064 sq.ft. to Gap; 2,000 sq.ft. to The Yankee Candle Store and 1,100 sq.ft. to See Optical.

HSA Commercial Real Estate (312-332-3555) brokered the lease of 3,527 sq.ft. at the Shops of Kildeer in Kildeer, IL to Chicago Home Fitness.

Pace Properties, Inc. (314-968-9898) brokered the following leases to Deal$, Nothing Over A Dollar: 11,700 sq.ft. from Schottenstein Stores Corp. at Chippewa Center in St. Louis, MO; 10,400 sq.ft. from Jones Farmington Properties, LLC at Mineral Area Shopping Center in Farmington, MO; 9,900 sq.ft. from Jones Edwardsville Properties, LLC at Montclaire Center in Edwardsville, IL; 8,000 sq.ft. from DP-N&K LLC, Caplacos, Inc. and Caplaco at Deer Creek Shopping Center in O’Fallon, MO. D.G. Hart Associates, Inc. (212-405-2500) brokered a 15-year lease of 2,100 sq.ft. for $142 psf at 401 Fifth Avenue in New York, NY from Stahl Real Estate to Cafe Indigo, which opened this month.

Charter Realty & Development Corp. (203-629-3939) brokered a lease of 135,000 sq.ft. in Brewster, NY to Home Depot, which is expected to open in the Fall.

CB Richard Ellis (520-323-5100) brokered a lease for 33,500 sq.ft. of land at North Pima Center in Tuscon, AZ to ABC Radiator for a 7,000 sq.ft. auto repair shop.

Nordstrom Inc. (888-282-6060) signed a lease with Victoria Ward Ltd. to open a full-line store at Ward Centre in Honolulu, HI. The company expects to open the store in Fall 2005.

The Staubach Co. (800-944-0012) brokered two leases in CA for Beverages & More: 14,475 sq.ft. at the intersection of Tustin and Meats in Orange, CA and 9,978 sq.ft. at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, CA.

McCaffery Interests (312-944-3777) leased space at the 210,000 sq.ft. Block E in Downtown in Minneapolis, MN to Hard Rock Cafe, Improv Comedy Club and Borders Books and Music.

Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) brokered a lease of 2,500 sq.ft. at the 650,000 sq.ft. Bandera Pointe power center in San Antonio, TX to Bath & Body Works.

Equinox (212-677-0180), a fitness club, signed a 15-year lease for 40,000 sq.ft. at 1750 North Clark Street in Chicago, IL.

Fitness Formula Ltd. (312-943-4666) signed a lease for 20,000 sq.ft. at Plaza 32 in Chicago, IL. The company plans to open a Multiplex Club in Summer 2002.

Zell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (602-248-0600) brokered the following leases in AZ: 1,200 sq.ft. to Sally Beauty Products, Inc. at Foothills Park Place in Peoria; 3,300 sq.ft. to Off The Grill at Chandler Marketplace in Chandler; 2,790 sq.ft. to Candles of America in Winsor Square Shopping Center in Phoenix; 1,080 sq.ft. to LA Weight Loss Center at Garden Lakes Center in Phoenix.
