Geller will be responsible for providing clients with brokerage services in the retail sector in Middlesex and Somerset Counties, NJ, as well as providing tenant representation services regionwide. Geller previously served as director at Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing, Inc. Skilken Properties (614-253-8654) hired John H. Thompson as vice president of southeast development. Thompson will work with major retailers in the southeast to develop grocery-anchored shopping centers in FL and GA. Previously, Thompson served as senior real estate manager for Albertson’s in FL. The company also hired Becky Keglewitsch as vice president of leasing and development. Previously Keglewitsch was the director of real estate for Quality Stores. Mid-America Real Estate Group (630-954-7300) promoted Rick Drogosz from vice president to partner in the firm’s investment sales group. Kay Nelson was promoted from vice president to partner in the company’s asset management division. Felicia Harrison was promoted from senior asset manager to vice president. Amy Bryant was promoted from senior leasing agent to vice president. Mike Peirce was promoted from sales associate to vice president in the company’s tenant representation division. Rashel Campbell and Lisa Gryzik were promoted to asset managers. The Shopping Center Group of the Virginias, LLC (804-673-1100) promoted Karen Mikulski to partner with the company. Real Estate Services Group for NAI/Rohde, Ottmers & Siegel Realty Services. Abra Auto Body & Glass (763-561-7220) hired Mark Read as national real estate project manager. Read will work with the corporate development team on repair center prototype development, construction management and lease portfolio administration. Previously, Read was a construction manager for Gander Mountain. Equity Investment Group (219-426-4704) appointed Thomas P. D’Arcy as president and CEO. D’Arcy previously was president and CEO of Bradley Real Estate, Inc., which was sold to Heritage Property Investment Trust in September 2000.
