Ten Spot operates 10 locations in NJ and NY. The stores, featuring junior, ladies’ and plus size apparel, occupy spaces of 2,000 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. in urban/downtown areas and strip centers. Plans call for three openings during the coming 18 months. Expansion will take place throughout northern NJ, Long Island and the five boroughs of NY. Demographic requirements include a population of 80,000 within three miles earning $25,000 to $40,000 as the average household income. Leases running 10 years plus options are typical.
